Overall it was a pleasant experience, spacious and comfortable rooms considering the price. The location is also decent. However, you might want to be aware that after checking out the hotel would not keep your luggage or let you use their lockers. There wasn't any alternative options provided, and when we reached the train station all rentable lockers were already full. For us, this policy majorly disrupted our plans for the last day.

The rooms as well as the hotel in general are very clean and everything is well done. The self check in and out are easy. The only negative point is a poor breakfast with basically no choice at all (cheese toast with or without ham and a coffee). Very convenient for a business trip

Very conveniently located hotel, 5 minutes walk from Ebisu station. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Location is very good with lots of restaurants, conbinis and supermarkets around. Location fairly quiet too, so easy to sleep and rest up. Breakfast at the hotel is simple toast and coffee, but enough to get your day started. Hotel recommended!

This is a hotel with a perfect location. The area is very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s only a 3-4 minute walk from Ebisu Station. Although the rooms are small, they are very functional, making the small size a minor issue. There is a USB-A charging option at the bedhead, so even if your plugs are incompatible, you can still charge your devices. The bathroom and toilet are in separate sections and are hygienic. The only downside of the hotel is that you cannot leave your luggage after check-out. Since my flight time was shortly after the check-out time, I did not experience any issues, but it’s something to keep in mind. From Ebisu Station, you can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo using the Yamanote Line; you can travel both clockwise and counterclockwise to your desired destinations. There are also very convenient transfer stations for areas you can’t reach directly. If I visit Tokyo again, I will book this hotel without looking for another one.
