Our room had a bad odor. Not sure if it was because this is a pet friendly hotel or if something was spilled on the cloth couch. I needed to purchase an air freshener to be able to sleep in the room.

It is a very nice hotel. We were meeting our son there and they gave us rooms next to each other.

Staff were amazing. Had someone call after we got settled in. They took care of 1 little issue we had immediately. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Pool and hot tub had algae in the filters that was so thick it came off in chunks and the hot tub water was green. Covers had dirty shoe marks on them. USB sports in room didn't work. Water in shower was lukewarm. Was a pretty room just not maintained well

Our room was not cleaned at all. We got a couple coffees but no trash empty or beds refreshed or towels. Shower and toilets not cleaned.

Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms! The pool is clean but in the small side. My family still had fun playing in it, though! We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Durango, which we do multiple times a year!

3rd time here. This time with our doggie and he loved it too. Close to what we need to get to and enough room for gear and the whole family.

The hotel and staff were nice, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds from our 10 nights on the road. They might as well be a slab of concrete. Everyone in my family slept terrible. On the plus side, my kids didn't want to sleep in, so it was easy to get them on the road.

We checked in late but had a nice room ready for us at 11pm. The hotel was packed as there was a nation wide communication glitch so many could not leave to catch their flights. We still had a room. Would definitely stay again.

Property is modern, very clean and with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Location requires short drive to downtown Durango and the Ft. Lewis campus. We were traveling with our small dog and did not encounter any issues at check-in or with getting a pet friendly room. Overall a very good Marriott experience.

The room was spacious and appeared to be clean. Only negative is that there was a black ring in the ceiling in our bathroom.

We've stayed at several of these hotels but at this one the room seemed smaller and didn't seem to have the amenities others have had. It also was not within delivery distance of very many places. If you use Uber Eats, Door Dash, or other delivery services, including Dominos you should check if they are available, first. Pizza Hut would deliver if they could find a driver.

My family of five are big fans of Springhill Suites. We always receive great service and the rooms accommodate us well. We usually find a trundle bed at Springhill Suites, but this location had the old-fashioned sleeper sofa. That’s the best not negative I can say.

The only option for housekeeping services is every other day and consists of a towel change only. I’m tired of getting charged so much for nothing. I won’t be coming back next year

Newer property. Awesome personalities at the desk. They gave great suggestions for things to go and restaurants to go to. Bed was a little too hard for preference.

The front staff and room was great. The breakfast staff didn’t seem ready for the bigger vacation crowd for the mornings. Kept running out of food and big wait line for waffles.

Loved the room except for the location of the bathroom. It was basically at the foot of the bed so if you used it in the middle of the night the light would wake everyone. The lounge area with the tv was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were nice additions to the home like atmosphere.

Located on the edge of town. It was a convenient place to stay. Quick access to Ska brewery, Santa Rita Park, and groceries. I appreciated that the double Queen room also had a couch with trundle. That provided the feeling of a bigger room and extra sleeping space.

Mostly wonderful. My side of the bed was next to the air conditioner and I couldn’t figure out how to not have it blowing on me.
The desk chair squeaked but I never said anything so I really can’t complain.

Beautiful hotel, with easy access to river green belt. The staff was courteous. The rooms were well thought out, clean, and comfortable. The pool is small, and breakfast is somewhat limited.
