VERY Much disappointed for non-existant make-up mirror adjustable from the WALL ... Its is DEFINITELY a Negative issue for a proper face vue... Also a lack of toiletries - Q-tips - tooth brush - tooth paste... etc...

Will definitely stay there again. Everything went smoothly, staff were attentive. Try Raffi's place 2 minutes away, Best food ever

Staff very helpful

I asked for my room to be cleaned and it was not. The earliest they were able to provide fresh towels and toilet paper was the next day; the day I was going to check out. The towels and tp were not delivered.

This is a beautiful property. The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was great with a very vide variety of options. Disliked that room service was only on request basis and within certain hours.. other than that this is one of my go to hotels from now on!

Booked this hotel for a funeral and had family from out of state stay with me. I’m extremely disappointed and embarrassed in the hotel and accommodation experience. When I checked in, the paper towel in the kitchen was not refilled, had 4 sheets left and there were no toiletry refills. I called guest services to have them refilled. I expressed the inconvenience and was told that the toiletry and paper towels would be provided, in addition to only getting charged for 1 pet instead of 2 which I was told would be $75, but was charged $150 and got charged $18 for the amenity refills. I’m unhappy about the charges I was told that would be covered but instead was charged for. The parking was an inconvenience as well. Having family from out of state meant multiple cars and it was so expensive just to park since the fee was per car instead of per stay. The suite was so loud as well, I couldn’t sleep hearing all the commotion from other rooms nearby and from the room above. I’ve stayed at many hotels in LA but have never been so dissatisfied and embarrassed in a stay, especially with having family visiting. I will definitely not be recommending this hotel location to any family, friends or acquaintances.

Liked having a little kitchen with a 2 burner stove. Very comfortable.

This Marriott residence inn property was spectacular. The staff was amazing all the amenities were top notch. The stay was awesome the rooms were clean, the linen clean everything was four star. the breakfast in the morning everything was delicious, everything was nice, very good stay. I recommend you bring your family, safe clean conveniently nestled in the downtown area, plenty of shops, plenty of restaurants perfect place to enjoy your weekend or long stay at residence inn.

A really wonderful hotel, the staff were so nice and helpful with any need we had (including keeping an eye out and notifying us when our luggage finally arrived after we did and supplying us with some necessities in the meantime). The breakfast was always hot and delicious, and a beautiful, clean room with every possible amenity we could need. I’m already hoping to plan a future trip again soon.

Spent a week here with our kids. The two bedroom suite was spacious. The staff was helpful. The area is walkable with dining close by and shopping options as well.

I loved , it’s very clean

After a long day with the family at a theme park, we checked in here around 11pm. Check in was uneventful. When we got to the room, well, look at the pics. There's some type of space A/C unit duct and blue taped to the window. The Thermostat on the wall was inoperative and the one on the space unit was in Celsius only (couldn't figure out how to change it to F). Anyway, my wife called the front desk and they made minimal effort to accommodate us. We were told that we were a late check-in and that's basically what we get. This whole mess could have been avoided with a little communication and compassion from the front desk. We won't be back.

Such a nice hotel right around great places to eat.
