Very nice place, make me feel like home.

It was okay. There were three of us that needed a place to stay and it was one of the few options in Ouray on short notice. The check in process was good. But the little things can drive you nuts: the shower didn’t drain, the sink drain wouldn’t unplug without under-sink assistance, the battery in the clock was dead, light switches seemed illogical, the blinds were really bent, the couch was broken on the backside and just felt really second hand. The hot water heater was in the king bed bedroom closet. The king bed had a two inch cushion on top of the mattress, so I assumed the mattress was old, but the cushion was really too soft for me. Only one burner on the stove worked - and that one smoked when I turned it on. The handle on the stove was broken off. And a book for guests - which included an extensive set of laws about behavior in town - didn’t even spell out the check out process. I had to call the next morning and wait on hold to learn I could just leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind me. The sheets and towels were clean. The refrigerator worked. We figureD out the tv. We stayed here two nights in October - not summer, not winter.

Really nice condo to stay In Ouray, has amazing location, all amenities one could need and is very clean and well kept. Really not missing anything my family needed!

Great location near the river, hot springs and 1 block from the commercial strip. Nothing fancy but the space was clean and met all our needs! Would stay again.

Very spacious and great location. Only down fall was the 2 queen beds upstairs need replaced

The place smelled so bad that I was literally gaging. There is no way I could stay there. Stains on carpet too.

The sheets on the bed were folded and left under the comforter when we arrived, not made one the bed. The microwave works but sounded as if it might blow up soon.

The property was clean and enjoyable. Excessive property fees made it very expensive and not a good value. I won't stay there again.

Over priced in my opinion. Small 1 bedroom condo. Great view. Thought it would be more spacious
