While loud at night (I think unavoidable for the area) this place was clean, owners friendly and accommodating, and location superb. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay here. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending to anyone coming to the area. The best part? You don’t have to climb the hundreds of stairs that other places have. Don’t overthink it and book this place. Thank you for a great two night stay!!!!!

Loved this apartment! It had everything we needed and it couldn't have been in a better location, inside the old town and just steps to Stradun. The owners were very friendly and accomodating, even when we had a very early departure they made the check out process simple. The apartments themselves are a historic piece of Dubrovnik and each room has its own little story. Apartments are newly updated and clean.

We so enjoyed Leonarda’s apartment! Our hosts, Leonarda’s gracious parents, were so pleasant and helpful throughout our short day. But the most impressive aspect to this accommodation was the lovely tapas bar just across the quaint alley. It is difficult to find affordable and delicious, unique fare in Dubrovnik, and AlaMaka was an exceptional find, right outside our door! Such lovely people and next level hospitality! And SO delicious! Would definitely repeat this pleasant stay! :)

Lovely small apartment right in the centre of the Old Town, built into the fabric of the place. Very close to restaurants and bars, so some noise outside. Staff/owners were extremely helpful, with a late checkin and making arrangements for airport pick up and onward travel.

Perfect location in Old Town, great property that was spotless and comfortable. Owners were incredibly accommodating and pleasant.

The room is great. It is only a few paces from the Main Street inside the old town. Staying inside the old town can’t be beat. You will have some noise early in the morning as they clean the city and remove trash.

Dubrovnik Old Town is pedestrian only and it’s full of hills, stairs, and narrow passageways. Leonardo’s place is only about 100 meters (or less) walking from the “Pile Gate” I to the old sort and it’s on the same level as the gate so there are no big staircases to climb. It is very secure - only one door faces the street and it has an electro of lock, as do the individual room doors, and there are safes in the room. Lots of local I formation and brochures, and all kinds of eating options very close to the hotel. Newly renovated, lots of satellite TV channels in a variety of languages, split unit AC works great, and while there is some street noise from nearby restaurants, there are excellent double paned windows that do a good job of blocking it out. Loved our stay here - staff is very nice. Front desk is not staffed all the time but there are three numbers to call if you need management at any time. Note that it is really a baroque building, so no elevators - you will have to drag your bags I to the old city and put p the interior stairway to the hotel room. Excellent choice if you want to stay inside the old city!

Beautiful apartment! The location is excellent, with walking distance to the main attractions and in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Very nice host and easy to communicate with!

We enjoyed our time here. The property is family run, they are extremely kind and helpful, lovely people. It’s steps away from all the main attractions, shops and dining options. I can’t say enough about this place!

Had a great time at Leonarda's place! The place is located in an amazing spot, and it's within a few minutes walk of almost any of the major attractions. It's also pretty close to bus/shuttle stops! We especially liked the fact that it had a small kitchenette, and that there's a decent amount of space in the studio, including the bathroom. The entire place is pretty modern. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is nothing short of sensational. From the moment we arrived, being greeted by the lovely Janko , who couldn’t do enough for us, this perfectly positioned unit is extremely well appointed and highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Leonarda Baroque House. The host, Leonarda, and her parents who help run the place were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent - but not for light sleepers as there’s so much street noise what with it being the centre of the Old Town. The apartment was comfortable and had all amenities, fantastic AC, well equipped kitchen and extra towels - even beach towels!! Breakfast in the nearby restaurant was lovely and so well located to watch the world go by. I’d highly recommend a stay at Leonarda’s and would definitely return if I ever find myself in Dubrovnik again.

Staff was amazing , the house was clean and easy to find. It was right in the heart of the old town. Lots of space and the AC worked Great.

Perfect location and the hotel owners were extremely sweet and accommodating. I will say it was be a little noisy early morning due to the restaurant cleaning pots and pans directly across the way. Other than that, everything was fantastic.

Stayed for 3 nights and can’t beat the location. It’s right in the heart of old town. Checkin was fast and easy, Janko and Ana were fantastic and friendly. We stayed on the top floor which can be a bit challenging for some to walk up the stairs especially with a lot of luggage. The place was clean and well maintained. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend it and will stay there again when we go back.

This is a wonderful property - beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for Old Town Dubrovnik. Both rooms we had were gorgeous. The only problem we had in our first level room was the street noise -- it was insane, although not surprising given this place's ideal location. I discovered too late that the host had provided ear plugs. I just wish that had been mentioned when we checked in. Otherwise wonderful!! If you can stay here, do!!

This apartment was lovely and exactly like the pictures but even bigger than I expected. For the Old town, we could not have picked a better location, just off the main strip (10m i would say) but also super quiet. Having a fridge and freezer in the apartment was the best thin as it meant we always had a cold bottle of water to take out with us.
