Great hotel in general, OK location, works well with Metro next to hotel. A little bit small room and not so god ventilation system !

Great Hotel, delicious breakfast

Room fine although rather dark due to no outside Windows - only Windows out to an inside courtyard. The bathroom has a Bath/shower combi so you need to climb over the sides which are are high (approx. 80-90cm). Rooms are not automatically cleaned nor beds made every day. Daily cleaning needs to be ordered specifically.

We paid to park in their basement garage, only to be heavily fined for parking marginally out of the line front line, perhaps by 15cm. It's a long hatchback car, no other lots would fit. We did not block anyone, or any traffic, we did not cause any inconvenience. Upon further research, the carpark is managed by europepark, which has been known and is on the news about applying extremely stringent parking rules to profit from the fines. They would look all over the carpark to find cars that have the slightest infringement and fine you a ridiculous sum for it. The hotel knows about this but continues to allow this malpractice to carry on. It's terrible and I would not recommend anyone driving to stay here. L

Very limited choice for breakfast. Quite disappointing considering how nice was literally everything else... Missed chance.

Nice beds. Big tv. Not so comfortable chairs. Room with bathtub, bathtub was not very pleasant to get in or out due to hight. Short legs will struggle more to get out. Breakfast was mid. Hotel close to metro was great. Overall good. Would recommend room with regular shower.

I stayed here a few times and it's usually a go-to place for me. Every time it's always quite good and consistent. Place is clean beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are very clean and modern. Shower pressure is usually okay, not the best. Has a great working space in the lobby and is a good place to meet people. Restaurant has great food friendly service and always a good place to catch a good glass of wine in the evening also.

Really nice modern hotel right at the side of the metro station Orientkaj, you can be in right in the heart of the city in 10 minutes! We only stayed one night but will stay here again!

It was good, clean and nice. But the very modern ambience is also very impersonal in the rooms - no green plants or paintings. The area of the hotel is also stripped of personality with only modern architectural buildings. The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh. But unfriendly towards vegans and especially plant eaters. The receptionist had not much empathy towards our situation of being in a 3-party family having booked a room with room for 3 but only bed for 2. We did not know that. Got offered a bed. But for extra value!! 300 DDK above the price already paid. Not good service. And the bed was stone hard. The duvets were to thick and fluffy and the pillows too. The room was way too warm at night also with the window open.

First room our bath did not work so we got a new room. Second room our Tv-did not work, we had to go down again. Long que but the sweet receptionist came up with a new remote control, then just one towel in our new room. But we managed.

The superior room was a bit disappointing compared to the price. The desk chair in the room was worthless for work. The hotel did not have basics like a toothbrush which I forgot.

Comfy, quiet room. Cobwebs in a couple of corners, but otherwise squeaky clean. We really appreciated the kettle in the room, and the gym. Very close to metro and harbour bus (boat) station. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great.

It was perfect

The stay was great and the staff was very friendly.

When we arrived we were charged about $ 30 extra fees that were not mentioned on our Expedia reservation. After, we could not sleep until after 1:00 AM since there was a lot of noise from a disco party. We complained, but were told that they would not address this problem. The property is not conveniently situated for tourists. There are no restaurants or anywhere to go immediately next to the hotel. However, the hotel is near a metro. No room cleaning service is offered unless you send a request the night before online. You can't ask for room cleaning at the front desk. We asked to speak to the manager about our problems, and even sent an email, but never received any answer. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, but the menu is too limited.

The toilet was running and the water in the shower was not sinking. I was hoping on a total different stay and level on this hotel. Not worth the money.

Loved that the Metro was so close and accessible! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property next to the metro for quick shopping excursions to Osterport. Wonderful staff who are ready to help at a moment’s notice. Highly recommended!

Very new hotel right next to the metro station.

Silas the receptionist is the most attentive receptionist I have ever meet. If I could I would stay at Portside all the time if I knew is schedule. So professional, attentive and polite. Im happy to see that receptionists like him still exists.

The hotel was new and clean. Unfortunately it was almost impossible to take a shower due to no water pressure. Complained about this the first day, but it didn’t get fixed and we weren't offered any other solution.

Check in staff for breakfast was passive aggressive and outright stupid. He could not find my breakfast payment in computer. I was afsked to step aside so que of waiting paying visitors could Enter. He afsked me to confirm that my name was so-called Henrik. I shall not return to this hotel. When i described the incident at check out desk one hour later, the Girl did not pay attention - AT ALL.
