Bad customer service

There was no breakfast buffet

When we opened the door after check-in we found a bug crawling around, my boyfriend killed it. We never had enough towels for our showers, (I made several trips up and down stairs to get towels),when I booked the room, I requested bottom floor, due to both of us disabled plus I have chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis. I would not recommend your hotel.

good price but recommend other hotel. Need to do major revamp of facility

The rooms are very nasty and smelly. But the parking lot was clean. Did not stay. Never go back

The bathrooms & furniture needs to be upgraded! However, the staff is kind & professional!

This hotel is for prostitution roaches bugs holes in the sheets nasty covers un cleaned bathroom the worst I’ve ever stay

They said I had a king bed and it was a double. The noise all night long. The noise in our room never got quiet with our neighbors did not care at all to scream all night. I do know it was Friday, but we were getting up at four so we didn’t get a single drop.

Torn bedsheet, dirty room with toilet flush not functioning. It is a very poorly maintained property. I have seen homeless people living in a ground level room with their stuff outside the in a shopping cart. Felt unsafe. Therefore, didn't stay there.

This is not the place! Know the price looks good, but you will get less than what you are paying for. Beware!!!

It is very convenient to places to go shop

One night. Save 30$ and no breakfast. A little rundown but reasonably clean. Has electric 2 burner heater, larger frig and microwave. No ammenaties other than small soap and shampoe. Similar to a motel 6 size room. Area is good off the freeway with other hotels around. Ok for limited budget.

Wasn’t dirty at all

This hotel should be rated as "poor." The condition of the room was bad. The office posts a long list of rules at the entrance one of which states there is a $1000 fine for tampering with the some detector. I took a picture to show the receptionist that the room had the smoke detector removed. The room was in poor condition, damage and stains on the walls, dirty sheets. A Terminix card on the table promoting the service! I thought for what - roaches ? Then I thought - bed bugs or both? Never had a hotel brag about Terminix service as if that makes the stay any more pleasant. Creepy people hanging out around the hotel. I was approached by two that had me fear for my safety. Never will I stay here again! AVOID!

They had roaches in the rooms.

The property is fairly clean,rooms are adequate. I do wish they seeved breakfast

The property was filthy. The staff was unhelpful. They refused a refund even though my room was infested with roaches. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

My first sign that this was a no-go should have been the bullet hole in the front door of my room, but I thought I'd give it a try since the bullet didn't make it all the way through the steel door. Everything was dirty from the ceilings to the floors, including the bedsheets, even though the room smelled heavily of pine cleaner. It was the end of a very long day, so I went to sleep only to wake up the next morning to roaches crawling around the "kitchenette" (I put it in quotes because it was only a microwave and small refrigerator, no type of cooktop or anything). I was going to discuss it all at length with the front desk, but I was thankfully reassigned to a different city for my work, so I did not have to stay there another night. The clerk at the desk when I checked out did not seem surprised at my report, and only offered a "sorry".

Too dirty didn't stay. I took pictures and would like to send them to you. The sheets were dirty, the microwave was nasty, smoke detectors cover was off, dirty mirror in hallway going towards the bathroom. I should be refunded my $77.00 dollars. How could you rate them good on our site. People asked us for a dollar or change. Horrible hotel. Please provide email to send pictures. Thank you and have an awesome day.

Hot water went out and they wouldn't accommodate us

The customer service and cleaning people were great! But the room I had, #226, had roaches and bed bugs!

DON"T STARE HERE! ROACH AND BUG INFESTED! and WHEN I REFUSED TO STAY THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK????? KEPT $60 JUST FOR ME SHOWING UP AND REFUSING TO STAY IN BUG INFESTED HOTEL! THIS PLACED NEEDS TO CLOSED DOWN; ITS NOT HABITABLE!!!!! :(

When i went into the the room there was ashes on the bed sheets and they were dirty. The bathtub was black at the bottom and no trash cans in the room. Ibwent to the front and all the guy did was give me a large trash bag. Later i started feeling bad and went to the doctor and was diagnosed with covid so i checked out and came home. The guy just stood there and looked at me when i told him i was checking out. I am a travel nurse and this place i will never go to again it was disgusting.

It was convenient to stay to attend my family reunion.
