This hotel is in a great location. Plenty of food and entertainment options. Rooms are average with king and double bed options. All rooms have a pull out sofa as well but the double beds can be constraining. Bathrooms are TINY. Breakfast isn't bad and the front desk help was amazing. Great hotel for the price.

Our room was 60° with the ac on when we arrived and it was 20° outside. Took 3 hours to warm up the room. Th heater had a bad fan bearing and eveytime it shut down it made an awful squealing noise. The bathroom tile floor was freezing and stayed around 55-60°, this was almost painful on your feet when you got out of a hot shower. Other than that the room was mostly clean and comfortable, the included breakfast was filling with decent options, and the beds were comfortable.

This is truly a “Comfort” Inn. We were on a 10 day trip out west wand on the way home we stopped here. Well worth the extra 5 miles off I-80.

Comfort Inn and Suites is the best place to stay in Grand Island. The staff is awesome and was very helpful to our son who stayed in the room. I highly recommend this property and I think it deserves 10 stars.

The hotel was what you'd expect--- friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort were pretty average. The breakfast was much better than some of the more expensive hotels we've stayed at and the coffee was better than most hotel coffee.

Great location, just south of grand canyon park. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good continental breakfast. Hotel was packed so a little noisy in the halls. Lost power one night in extreme heat. Only out about 10 minutes. Power outage beyond control of hotel, but never got any communication from hotel during or after the outage.

We loved this hotel! We were greeted by a friendly front desk person. Right away, I noticed how super clean everything was. Once in our room, I was so pleased
to see how new and fresh everything looked. Housekeeping made everything extra special—they even had taken special care to create a cute display with the tissue box and towels in the bathroom. Even though it was close to a busy road, it was so quiet. We were across the hall from the elevator and ice machine and never heard a thing! The beds were comfy and the sofa had a chaise lounge which gave us more seating for the family. All in all, one of the best experiences we have had at a hotel.

Almost everything was great, we had a quick check in with friendly ladies and our room was clean. Breakfast was done well and check out was easy. Our teenagers were thrilled to have the pull-out sofa so they didn't have to sleep together!
The negatives were with the noise from everyone's doors shutting that woke us up early after a late night of driving, and that our room was so humid all of our stuff felt wet. We did notify staff of the issue, so hopefully it will be fixed.

The room was spacious and quiet, and everything worked well. The shower was incredible - absolutely huge, and the force of the shower head was like nothing I’ve had in a hotel before. Breakfast was well done, but our favorite thing was the 24 hr. availability of freshly ground and brewed coffee by the cup!

The property was just fine. However, dealing with Expedia was a very horrible experience. The girl we talked to lied. Also, you charge over $100 more for rooms. Would never use you again for any type trips. I will tell everybody that I know how terrible your company is and what a rip off you people are.
