We stayed for 5days and 5nights.
Cons: The Aircon in our room doesnt seem to be working at its best. It was hot inside the room on our 1st night. We called the frontdesk and they mentioned we will need to move to a different room. But we like our spacious room with multiple beds and close to where the rest of our family is. So we just decided to keep it. Most days we were out and about anyway and by the time we came back at night we were so tired so we didnt mind. I would suggest they Fix the aircon. Also the Kitchen Vent is it possible to have it (Air out) instead of just recirculating?
Pros: Overall, a great stay! Clean room. Housekeeping daily with good service. Friendly staff, kitchen and frontdesk. Free Hot breakfast which was a big plus! Theres also Laundry room downstairs if needed. Thank you!

When we first got there the manager was soooo helpful! Everything was clean and beautiful! They were very accommodating and caring. He told me about the IHg rewards and helped me get set up patiently. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! From the decor to the room. The grounds were clean and very attractive!

The hotel as far as a kitchenette and nice bathroom with a good size to it. The only issue i had with my stay is there was no hot water and the supervisor acted as if they did not want to help. I have an issue with customer service if you have an attitude because your building isn’t up to par why take it out on the customer?

Beautiful new hotel with a nice pool and common areas. Also a pool and fitness center. Comfortable bed and spacious room but freeway right outside our room was too noisy. Ask for “middle rooms” so you’re not on the Boulevard side or the freeway side.

Shares pool and hot tub with Holiday Inn Guest. This makes it hard to enjoy when you want. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance. You must Uber as an out of town guest. But everything else is great and I would stay here again.

Right by the freeway so it was easy access to get where you needed to go. There’s stores nearby and they had complimentary breakfast which was a huge sell. Other downside. Right by the freeway so you could hear the traffic. They also have an ant infestation at the moment so we kept finding them on the bed, counters, shower. Literally everywhere. They were sold out so we were unable to switch rooms but they comped parking. That was the other downside. You have to pay to park at your hotel.

I like that we can charge our EV in their parking lot. We like having a kitchen on our trips that’s why we always choose to stay here. The pool table needs updating. We’ll stay here again on our next visit.

Very nice hotel with mini kitchen and living room. Family friendly and spacious. Keep in mind, you share amenities like the gym and pool with another hotel and it's right off 405 freeway so it can be noisy at night.

Hotel and room were generally good. Good size and kitchen was nice. Bath was a little outdated, but clean. Breakfast was good with a great variety. A few sirens at night but nothing that kept us up all night.
This was our first time staying at a Staybridge and initially I thought I had found a new go to for our family, but unfortunately that changed.
We were there for soccer, and, unfortunately my daughter got sick and was not able to compete so we headed home early.
The hotel would not reimburse us for the second night we were not using. I understand it is within policy, but most places we have stayed over the years for soccer have always gone above and beyond if last minute changes needed to be made for rainouts or other uncontrollable factors. Hotels.com contacted the property to try and work out a refund, but the hotel denied it so we don’t plan to book with the chain again. Customer service is huge and when the manager stood there looking at me with my sick daughter and denied the refund, it spoke a lot about the chain’s priorities….profit over guest relations.

Overall this was a very good stay…the included breakfast was good, however it was only served until 9am (most offer breakfast until 10am), and the staff was removing food and putting everything away at 8:50am, even as people were trying racing to get their breakfast.
The room was clean, the kitchenette was great. The beds comfortable (there were some stains on the sheets on two beds).
Front desk wasn’t super friendly, and when asked for something that was missing from the room they “forgot” to send it up to the room. Twice.
Little tricky to get into the hotel parking lot, as it’s on a busy corner with merging highway traffic, but the lot seemed safe and we saw security walking through periodically.
Overall a nice location and good hotel.

Rooms very well equipped and clean. Ny only negative experience (which doesn’t change my overall opinion about the hotel) was that the washer required some maintenance (e.g. self cleaning cycle?), which created lots of stain spots in my white clothes. Other than that, excellent experience.

The gentleman that checked me in was not informative at all. He gave me no information on the facility and what I had access to. But as I went to my room and came back down he was happily explaining to a couple all that the hotel had to offer. Maybe if his customer service was more friendly to everyone who walks in to check in the rating would’ve been better. Besides that the hotel was GREAT!
