Amazing property could not faulty anything about it, friendly staff, very clean and very comfy beds

Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.

Lovely holiday stayed Feb half term in 2 bed apartment, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very spacious, huge balcony with four sun-loungers and table and chairs for 6. Two bathrooms one very big. Well equipped kitchen. New sofa bed. Staff at reception, pool bar and team marina were fantastic- especially team marina who worked tirelessly to keep kids and adults entertained, very inclusive and friendly fun. Zachary’s staff let themselves down, unnecessarily inefficient and unfriendly/unwelcoming at times. Only went once in the evening and no atmosphere despite there being a musician. Food and drink good and reasonably priced. Huge pool heated to suitable temp. Very small area cordoned off for ball games - could be bigger as there was plenty of swimming area. One lifeguard wouldn’t allow ball games at all even in the designated area which was disappointing for my son and several other families. Rules should be relaxed as the pool is large enough to accommodate everyone’s needs. Sun loungers available everyday without mass reserving like in some hotels. Housekeeping very minimal but can be paid for. Pool towels changed for €1.50 each if needed. Wi-Fi excellent in all areas. Taxi to adeje between €6 and €10. Airport €34. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Hotel is NOT a family hotel really It appeared to be a retirement - timeshare set up There is very little for kids here Only 1 pool table working , no lights on the other , so we could not pay in the evening Restaurant don’t know what they are doing Booking no booking

Great place.. highly recommended. Room for improvement with Air conditioning and warm water as both are inconsistent hence the rating 4.0 Flawless commitment and behaviour from all the staff concerned. Great place, beautiful view, great poolside facilities

Very good size apartment with kitchen facility. Great views of the ocean. Friendly staff. Courtesy room and cloak room provision was extremely useful. Breakfast was fair. Very nice pool. 30 min walk to beaches.

Dated property, rooms old school. Toilets need an upgrade. Staff rude, service isnt the best. Look elsewhere plenty of other options in the city

The Ocen view from the terrace of the property was amazing. We love the stay and if we are coming back again to Tenerife then we will stay in this place. It would have been great if there would have a continental buffet breakfast option available.

Very nice place to stay! Good apartment with everything you need. The only thing I was not happy with is the check out time at 10 a'clock.

You need to be fit, property up a hill and away from main area. We had to go up 3 lifts to reach our room on 8 floor- 1 lift did not work all week. Room was a good size and had a great balcony

Very clean. Bathroom bit dated and bed and pillows not very comfy. Good size room and huge balcony overlooking Adeje and the sea. Great view! Uphill to resort but not too bad we walked it after long walks to el duque and playa, but didnt sucumb to taxis and we are mid 60's. Large resort but quiet. Great pool area and restaurant is very clean and well presented. Also small adult pool away from hustle and bustle. Would return

Excellent customer service from all staff. Love the large balcony with amazing views.

Hotel was fab, apartment was spacious and had everything you needed (iron, ironing board, hairdryer, free safe, etc). Pool area was clean, always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, adult only pool as well. Pool side cafe and restaurant which served delicious food and snacks. Entertainment team were lovely, plenty of activities to get involved in. Only downside was the walk up to the hotel which was up a very steep bank -ok going down but not back up! We tended to get a taxi back up, but only 4-5 Euros. We'll definitely be back!

Unit condition below par - tv didn’t work, doors misaligned, no room coffee, grumpy old people being rude and yelling at small children. Very weak and aged property in sub par condition.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (with sea view) with our 1 year old daughter and loved staying at Ramada residences. Our apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The balcony was huge with a wonderful view! Nice outdoor playground on site which we used every day. We could also visit the kids club and let our daughter play. The pool area is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Small supermarket at the hotel and 2 other very close by. Nice, warm and family friendly hotel and I am sure we will stay there again 😊

The Staff were amazing and very helpful . The only issue if found was there was no exhaust fan / not working in the toilet of the room . I informed them about it .

The reception staff appeared to be under a lot of stress and were not on occasion as helpful as they could be. The staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and the menu in Zachary’s very good. The were enough sun beds and the pool area was very clean. The curtesy room is quite a distance from reception so by the time you’ve showered and walked back you are hot again. All in all I would recommend the hotel for a week.
