Courteous, friendly and peaceful

Very nice stay.

I spent one night in the Marriott Residence hotel located next door. The bar/restaurant at the Residence was awful. I went to the AC bar (Kai bar) for dinner and the food and drinks were a thousand times better and what you would expect from a resort. I checked into the AC the next day and enjoyed the beautiful pool and bar all day. Marc at the bar was the best bartender/wait staff on the entire trip. Big ups Marc!

Nice and clean because it is fairly new, don’t know what it’ll be like in a year or so. The walls are paper thin so if you’re a light sleeper bring some ear plugs.

Between the facility and the staff my stay was incredible. The view is indescribable. The only issue i had was that the iron in my room had what looked like burnt material stuck to it. I should have looked before i used it as it ruined my tshirt.

My husband and I stayed for 7 nights at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The hotel staff were all just so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The indoor lobby is comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space is relaxing and just breathtaking. The views by the pool and hot tub are unbelievable. You can catch the sunset with a drink in hand. We loved all the comfortable seating the hotel provides. The room we stayed at had a balcony with also an amazing view of both the ocean and the mountains. The room was super clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortable. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Hawaii, I couldn’t recommend AC Hotel, enough. It is also situated in a great location. We love to explore and thought everything was in great distance, with a car rental! We would definitely be staying here, again.

Location is nice. Property is clean, modern, nice. Rooms are as you would expect and appointed nicely. Walkable to beach and shopping. Would recommend!

Staff was always willing to answer any questions or concerns. The breakfast staff was exceptional. The only thing I would say negative is the comfort of the beds but over all it’s a wonderful place to relax and stay.

One of the best places we stayed in, in Maui. Very neat, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunset watching point. The infinity pool was amazing and so was the hot tub. The pool looked amazing at sunset. The rooms are neat and tidy.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had a wonderful view and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Maui Wailea is a stunning property located in one of the most beautiful areas of Maui. From the moment you step into the hotel's sleek, modern lobby, you'll be greeted with friendly and attentive service that sets the tone for your entire stay. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic. One of the highlight of the hotel is the stunning outdoor pool area. They have plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas available for guests to use, as well as a poolside bar serving up good variety of cocktails and snacks. They are not on the beach side but Wailea Beach and Ulua Beach are only a short walk away. There are also plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Maui.

It’s a clean modern place. The staff is very friendly.. the breakfast buffet is very disappointing.

Nice quiet and comfortable stay. The only thing that has complete ruined my experience is the fact that house keeping stole my items. I had forgotten a few clothing items in one of the drawers and called the hotel once the day after my check out, then twice two days after my checkout. Nothing was reported to lost and found. None of my items, that I know as a fact were left in the drawer, were ever acknowledged by the hotel and staff. Deeply disappointment in the lack of professionalism and sincerity of my after experience.

This property is outstanding in many ways. The service from the employees was supurb. The hotel seems brand new with very clean guest rooms, nice bar poolside, and great views of the ocean and mountains. However, I booked this room and was really looking forward to using the pool. It was ice cold. Further, after an active day of hiking and taking the road to Hana, I was looking forward to enjoying the evening in the hot tub which was broken as well. At the price point of this hotel, you have to have those things working always.

What a beautiful property! We missed our flight today due to terrible traffic and staying here has been a wonderful ending to a very long day.

Wish the parking lot wasn't right under the pool. It kind of ruins the effect of the infinity pool when you can look right down on your car from the edge of it. Also, $30 a day parking for guests a little high.

This property was absolutely beautiful...the view of the ocean incredible. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy and walkability great to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this AC Hotel by Marriott in Maui and would stay again at any AC Hotel by Marriott!!
