It was a great experience, hotel is clean, modern, the rooms have all the amenities you need and the staff are also very helpful and friendly

I’m not sure if this is a new establishment but it is extremely clean and nice. It is located conveniently off the interstate, right next to a Publix and a short distance from downtown and shopping. Nice area! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially since we couldn’t make it to check in until after 11pm. We were traveling from Alabama and staff was accommodating. My only issues were not necessarily with the property but there were ALOT of kids that weekend and I guess “typical parents” let the kids run wild without supervision. My daughter had to ask the kids to not yell and play around our door and this was at almost 1 in the morning. And the breakfast wasn’t that good but it was your normal complimentary breakfast. Nonetheless, it was a great stay!

I like this hotel. It is right next to a Publix grocery store. My sister and I travel through this area quite often from Michigan to Alabama, and I think this is going to be our go to hotel for our traveling needs.

Absolutely great

For practicality and cleanliness, this place is perfect and 5 stars. For comfort, I’d say 4 stars. The bed and especially the sofa were extremely hard. It was difficult to sit and watch TV very long as it was so uncomfortable. The downstairs bar was a great option. We watched the game and had great conversation with the bartender who was phenomenal.

Over all great place. Just stayed for one night but no complaints!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Safety and cleanliness is important to me and Residence Inn by Marriott Louisville Old Henry delivered both.

My new favorite hotel in Louisville! Absolutely beautiful… Configured so wonderfully. A great space for my family. Love the outdoor patio. Loved the basketball court. Loved everything about the location and this hotel and it’s entirety!!!

Clean and new. Didn’t have much encounter with anyone working there but they seemed nice. I would stay there again!

This is a newer hotel. Very nice! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bed is very comfortable, and it was very quiet. It is outside of Louisville city area. Great stay!

Nice place for a last second travel stop

It's a well maintained property, the room is commodious, and the price is reasonable.

The bathroom configuration was wonky! Toilet set close to the wall and the toilet paper holder was in that area also. Toilet paper holder had been bumped and “sprung” to the point that the paper wouldn’t stay on the rod.

The room was spacious, clean and very welcoming.

We stayed here twice. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. We had a restless painful night. I just dreaded our 2nd stay. When we arrived the room had been cleaned but every drawer was left open, the seat cushions on the couch were raised up and the accent pillows were on the table. Maybe that was their way of showing their thoroughness but it felt unprepared and uninviting.

Very clean facility with great staff and service. We Really enjoyed our stay here.

Handicap bed too high for someone short or in a wheelchair talked to front desk they checked with staff said nothing could be done but they are wrong the stand they make shorter ones or the could have just took it off the stand for 1 more night
