Expectational service, hotel facilities

Truly immaculate property, with attentive staff and beautiful grounds.

Beautiful estate. Great to escape from busy London and enjoy some relaxing time in nature. Lots of greenery and beautiful landscaping. Only comment I have is many of the staff seemed new and didn’t speak great English. But they were all very friendly. I would recommend and stay here again.

This is beautiful property. The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and nice. The restaurants were not that good compared to the U.S.

Totally shambolic breakfast experience both mornings that we stayed there. Service is totally amateurish and will never stay at this hotel again due to their total inability to deal with Gluten free allergies, we were made to feel that having someone that has celiac disease (gluten allergy) was such an inconvenience and actually we felt discriminated against because of it. Shocking experience considering this is a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful property, beauty and spacious rooms, excellent restaurants, courteous and helpful staff.

Fabulous hotel, great location and luxurious. Unfortunately the service in the bars were poor. Otherwise the staff were very attentive.

Love this place. Little bit disappointed, the outdoor pool spa wasn’t open. No one told us about this.

Excellent Property

Showers didn’t work,

The whole experience was pretty terrible, from someone else being assigned the room that we were in (and they walked in while I was getting changed), to getting our keys then disabled and having to wait ~15 or 20 min in our robes at reception to get new ones (the man who said he was getting them went into a room and never came back so someone else had to help), to being told that we couldn’t swim due to the pool being overcrowded and not managed properly… the stay was awful. Zero apologies from staff for the massive invasion of privacy.

The hotel is beautiful, with luxury features in the rooms and spa. I had 2 negative takeaways that would stop me from staying again. 1. Unfortunately, the pool - which is where the spa facilities are located - was overrun with children for large parts of the day. Even in the evening, this was the case up until 7pm and the facilities close at 8pm. The adult only outdoor pool closes even earlier ( 7pm ) and it was very full because of the indoor pool crowding / noise. If the spa facilities were separate, it would be fine. But as adults who paid a lot of money to stay in a luxury spa hotel, the spa facilities were nowhere near relaxing enough for the price. The area should be made adults only in the evening, or the opening hours should be extended for those who want to use the facilities without children. 2. The price(s) of drinks and the quality of drinks were not proportionate. Charging £20 for a cocktail is only acceptable if it’s made to a very high quality (and packs a punch). We didn’t feel our cocktails did either of these things. Staff were very friendly but they also repeatedly asked us to order more drinks (twice in 5 minutes from the same waiter on one occasion). This is really off-putting when you’re trying to relax. I think this would be a lovely stay for families who are prepared to spend a lot on food and drink (soft drinks are £5 each). As there are no other restaurants within walking distance, I’d advise others to look at the menu & prices before booking.

Great hotel, lovely staff, and just a top experience in the spa, room service, gym, breakfast etc.

Nothing was too much trouble and Carla made sure we had a fantastic stay. Amazing hotel, very luxurious and relaxing, great quality. This is my third stay and I will be back soon.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the UK. Interior decor sublime, surrounding park stunning, spa and gym facilities excellent however … it’s a big hotel and there were kids everywhere, in the bar, in the spa (outside children hours), screaming in the restaurant, the staff seemed quite inexperienced to enforce the limited restrictions they have to try to make it relaxing for those without kids expecting a relaxed stay. Additionally the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and they didn’t seemed very well prepared with what to do. It’s got the potential to be great but falling short in a number of areas at present.

A spacious, clean, beautifully presented hotel with attentive staff, wonderful spa and gym facilities. Superb choice of dining alternatives with a breakfast that is second to none. Excellent service in the tea room, a memorable 3 night stay.

Lovely stay for my mums birthday. Staff really friendly. Only thing I’d say is that the spa was so busy and therefore not very relaxing/nowhere to sit. Would be helpful if you could book slots so as to not get to a full capacity. Other than that a lovely weekend.

We had the most amazing stay for husband 60th birthday at the fairmont Windsor park hotel! From the moment we walked in staff very attentive & welcoming. Special Shamela & Alden. All staff were amazing! Enjoyed afternoon tea. Had a very relaxing time in spa, beautiful pool.stunning facilities. Ordered a birthday cake for room, best birthday cake we’ve had in hotel. Great dinner at moresh resturant and excellent breakfast, best Martini expresso. Can’t wIt to return! 5 stars all the way xxxxx

Everything Was Perfect from start to finish! This is how a 5* hotel should be. Impeccable and beautiful in every way, staff were wonderful and attentive, and couldn't do enough to make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible.

The service and staff involvement was outstanding. I arrived at 2am after a cancelled Heathrow flight. I was given a lovely welcome even in the middle of the night! As my new flight was only later the next day, I was given a good. room extension before I left again for the airport. Is the great service and staff that made my stay so happy in a difficult time with flight changes.
