Nice hotel right near the airport. We actually stayed here since we were going to a concert at the Hard Rock casino and then flying out the next day. Was perfect !

I have stayed here twice, super continent, the beds are great, the hotel has everything you need and great location.

This hotel is beautiful and located in an excellent area for walking to shops and restaurants. The room was modern and comfortable. We were impressed with the cleanliness. Our only piece of feedback was that the lobby and hallways are heavily scented. If you are sensitive to smells this may affect you. The room was not scented and was perfect.

There seems to be quite a lack of staff, lift floors and carpets in corridor dirty, lots and lots of towels lying all over the pool area, towel bins overflowing. I ordered a small appetizer for dinner but all that came is deep friend chicken wings, no spice or decent sauce at all just oily chicken. Staff pretty unhelpful. No one knew how the bicycle rental worked in the hotel. Also good for guests to know the bedroom windows don’t open and they only get to you room after 3:30 / 4pm for cleaning.

Great newer property, close to the airport. Nice pool, great room, good food.

Where do I begin with this stay. First, I recommend you do not book through expdia for this hotel. Upon check in I was told the incidentals was 50.00 per day, and I was staying 5days so my charge should have been 250.00 incidentals but I was charged 1001.52 for incidentals for a stay I had already paid for through expedia. Marriott stated that was expedia policy to have them charge almost the same amount I paid for hotel through expedia. Next, I will.say the entrance to hotel is nice and room set up is nice, thats about all I can say nice about this property. The front desk attendant isn't qualified or trained well enough to handle guests and competent in handling any questions. She takes a very hands off approach and just say it's not her business. It's her job to be able to explain to guests their concerns about what is being charged. The housekeeping is non exsistent, I had to ask for towels everyday because when we checked in it was 2 towels in room for a five day stay. The housekeeping came in one day and all she did was make the bed, she did not sweep or clean bathroom. And the other couple that came with us had the same issue with housekeeping. Then when were checking out the check in clerk told us we were already checked out and called us by another guest name. I told her how could I be checked out when I am standing here trying to check out now. She was like well thats what I see heres your receipt. Horrible service is all I can say!

The gym was fully accommodating the lobby smelled fantastic and the coffee was great

The pool on the 5th floor was so cool. Nice workout room. Dining room beautiful. Food very good.

calm and cozy atmosphere

This hotel was very disappointing for the price, every night we had to ask for towels, they don’t clean the bathrooms and change the sheets. We stayed for 5nights and they never changed the sheets or vacuumed the floor or properly cleaned the bathroom. Until we called and complained they came back to clean the bathroom. We first got a room with no access to WiFi and signal was very low. They had to move us to a different floor to get a good signal. The access to the garage is very confusing, there are no signs anywhere to find your way. Only one elevator was working when we got there, for a couple of days it was so frustrating waiting for the elevator.

I was surprised that we were charged a parking fee of $22.00. The hotel lobby is very nice and our room was very modern, bed was comfortable.

All employees were marvelous. One of them, Our waitress Barbie was particularly splendid! Room, food, and location were outstanding!!

Prior to booking, I requested an early check in, we even called the hotel prior to our trip. On the morning of our arrival, I was told because I booked on Hotels.com, they wouldn’t grant an earlier check in. However, my daughter walked in at the same time & booked a room on arrival, & was immediately given a room. I was very much irritated that the front desk would give her an immediate room, however made us wait because we booked online. This wasn’t right.

It was a beautiful hotel! Located near shopping and restaurants! Easy access to Port Everglades! Staff was wonderful! We had the best waitress in the hotel restaurant!!!
