Everything was good, only the telephone at the room was without connection and they never solved it, and the breakfast needs to have variety of dishes cause all the days they serve the same

Our room was spacious and spotless. We were close to public transport and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We found that there were very limited TV channels in English, which is surprising considering the amount of international visitors to Europe.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Offenbach for 2 nights to catch flights in and out of Frankfurt. We were 2 adults and our 7 year old son. We loved our stay both times! The beds were clean and super comfortable. They had the pull out bed all ready and made for my child each time and he slept well in the pull out bed. The bathrooms were really nice and clean and I really couldn’t have asked for more on a basic hotel room. I gave 4/5 stars only because there was a yellow stain on the curtains.
The hotel is 11 stops on the S9 from the Frankfurt Airport so very convenient. You don’t need to change trains and it’s only a 1 minute walk from Ledermuseum station to the hotel. Beside the hotel is a bakery and grocery store and the surrounding neighbourhood was safe and had lots of options for restaurants, cafes, banks and groceries.
The best part of the hotel is the free breakfast! It was delicious and we really looked forward to it each time. This place is perfect - would definitely stay here again!

the same day of check-in we received info (by email) from hotel that they are overbooked and moved us to other place. we booked 3 double rooms (6 guys for business trip) with twin beds, in other place we slept in rooms with 1 bed and sofa... no excuse. very bad expeerience.

Walls between rooms are so thin you can hear the phone vibrating in the next room, tvs, voices etc. Not good.

We had 15 days in this hotel and got surprise of $ 15 per day for parking even we used only over night.
by booking and reservations was no info about it.

Staff Lady was rude when i came little late 5 minutes before they close she took food in front of me.

Great location about a 3-minute walk from the Train station. Everything was clean the only thing I wish was that they had to refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was good and included in the stay. The evening front desk gentleman was really helpful.

This hotel is amazing. The front desk team was absolutely friendly. He gave us the room before the check in time. The whole thing about this hotel was fabulous, breakfast, the room, a few feet from the train station and a very quiet area.

Good hotel to sleep and have as a base. The nearest S-barn (Ledermuseum) is only 300 metres away so easy to get to downtown Frankfurt. Free breakfast was good but crowded at the weekend especially on Sunday. There were a number of coach parties using the hotel.

Everything went fine. Parking might be problematic, because I parked the car in a loading area (Which was not indicated in any way) and got my car towed to the other end of the city. Getting the car back cost me over 300€.

It's as good as other Holyday Inn Express I have been.
I received a room for the disabled (no problem) but it did not have glasses for water, the edge of the sink is so narrow that there is no place to leave cologne, toothpaste, etc. It also had no hooks for towels.

Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. We love the fact of having private parking downstairs the hotel, so we go and use the public transportation to visit the Frankfurt, train station also is 2 min away walking (s9, s8 leadermuseum station)there are 2 supermarkets , restaurants around the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, not to big but nice enough for us. We really pleased with the hotel amenities, they even provided me with some gluten free bread for breakfast. We left wanting to stay longer but our itinerary didnt allow us. Next time in Frankfurt and offenbach, we are definitely staying in this hotel. Big thank you to the hotel staff!!!.

Amenities and property were not as they appeared in advertisement. Linens weren’t changed upon arrival, requested a replacement room but was denied. Staff very unhelpful and unpleasant.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the heart of Offenbach. The staff is very good and the manager is excellent. She was a great asset when I had some difficulties arise.
The breakfast is very good and they actually have pancakes that are made fresh and served with maple syrup. A rarity in Europe.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful in giving me the information about getting around the area of Frankfurt via the train system, which I found very helpful. The outside area is a bit depressing and I would not recommend single travellers to walk around there after dark.
