"The hotel was good, and the staff were nice and helpful. However, the food at the club lounge was quite limited and few items were insufficient for the number of guests. When I asked for an item to be replenished, I was told it had run out, which was disappointing."

Very helpful having a self-parking and breakfast option but need to make it clearer that parking is across the road in public parking facility. Breakfast had a great range and very convenient with good service but cooked breakfast options - eggs, bacon, spinach etc were cold/warm at best which was disappointing.

In cre di ble. Stunning, just stunning for its class. I booked the M Club room which provides access to the M Club Lounge equipped with a very nice meeting room and 24/7 lounge area with a wide range of refreshments in the evenings. Breakfast spread was fresh, with LOTS of healthy options. Pool is jaw dropping although not big, and spa was under maintenance. Well equipped gym and such well mannered staff. One of my best finds in Melbourne so far. Well done guys, keep it up.

Fantastic stay, from the welcome glass of champagne to the chocolate pretzels delivered to the room, the staff were amazing and always checking to see if they could do anything to make the stay better. Thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay

I didn't want to leave a review like this, so I asked them to pay a little more attention to cleaning during my stay. But they still cleaned up a mess. Even cheaper hotels don't clean like this. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to!

1. Breakfast is pretty average, hot foods were not hot.
2. No real coffee at breakfast (just machine)
3. Access cards took several attempts to work in lifts (everytime).

Staff were incredibly friendly with great service from as soon as you are in, you are greeted with warmth and smiles. Good location too, shops, restaurants and a cafes, close to the CBD too if you’re up for a night out. Hotel amenities and food good, and infrastructure visually appealing.

I travel a lot for work and I seriously consider this Hotel to be one of the best in Melbourne! Nice modern rooms along with good sizes, the bathrooms are great and the shower is decent size. Staff go above and beyond for you and the valet parking is spot on.

The room was great! However breakfast was a disaster, no tables available, no plates and then no cutlery. Just not good enough!

The Bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable, bathroom was beautiful and the view was lovely.
The infinity pool has such a gorgeous view over the city and docks. Definitely coming back again!!!

Always a pleasure to stay-cay at Melbourne Marriott Docklands, our preferred hotel in Melbourne. The service is always fantastic and the M Club evenings on the balcony are our favourite way to round out the day. Looking forward to our next city stay-cay.
