The staff was incredibly helpful in changing our room at the last minute when we were dissatisfied.

Check in was quick and easy.

Our stay was okay. There was female hair still in the bathroom on the conditioner and on the soap tray inside shower. We also had dog hair on the pull out bed so we asked for more bedding. It took over three hours to get new sheets and I ended up just going downstairs to get it myself. The following night I asked for more towels as I was not told at check in they only do housekeeping every other day so we would not receive services during our stay. That took hours as well so I went down to front desk to as for those as well. Staff were friendly just not efficient. I expected cleaner and faster service for my stay. Comfortable beds and loved having kitchenette. Great location to many things. Was able to do side street parking for free.

The hotel was great, the area around the hotel had a “not so safe” vibe, people asking for money or food, no issues with any one when walking down to Bells Brewery, but would hesitate to walk around after dark, loved everything about the hotel and would stay again

Room was nice. Several outlets didn't work or light switches

When we arrived the staff was friendly and attentive, unfortunately we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. It was worrysome for us what else may not have been done, and hard to feel entirely comfortable with our stay. Everyone was friendly and worked quickly to clean and reset the room. They could not move us because they were full that night.

Security on property and my entire bike rack and bikes were stolen off of my truck while parked in the “secure” third party parking garage. Dirty rooms, sketchy people everywhere surrounding the property.

Called because we knew we were going to be super late checking in, the woman who answered says ‘someone will be here to check you in’ doesn’t ask for a name or anything, show up late as we said we would, she told I can’t check in cause she’s auditing the system right now and she doesn’t know how long it’ll take, she tells me ‘I should have called’, I told her I did and proceed to wait 30 minutes for the system to reboot and finally get checked in, get my room key go up, and to my surprise someone is already sleeping in the bed of my room…not impressed one bit.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Beautiful place. Everything was great. The parking is a bit annoying as we paid $20 to use the parking garage and the ticket we got back would have only cost $10. Paying for parking after paying to stay seems odd.

The room and hotel itself was excellent. I am upset about the fact that I was charged by Expedia and then again by the hotel. I did get a refund from Expedia however the price I thought I was paying for the hotel ended up being $30 more.

Good hotel Clean, quiet Staff is stellar

Very clean and nice. Staff were great. Breakfast had less option s than we would have liked. Overall great hotel.

I chose the Home2Suites because they were centrally located and the area around it was walkable. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is parking. On arrival, I was told that paying $20 for parking in the garage with unlimited in/out access would be a better deal. This was not clear from the initial reservation, but ok. Turns out it was $20 PER DAY, making it an extra $40 for my visit which was a surprise when I checked out. And not the good kind. The staff was overall very friendly, the place was very clean and well kept.

Had no where to park. Still waiting for a refund. Customer service was not helpful. Ended up having to drive home as I couldn’t park there.

We went down for breakfast half hour before it was supposed to be over and there was nothing. The people in the back were like oh well we dont have enough time to make anything else. Not a good answer in my opinion, they should of been watching and making more before it ran out.
