Excellent overall

Perfect location. Nice bar in lobby. Extremely helpful staff.

Lovely superior room in a really great location, walkable to all the sites inside 15 mins (stadium, old town, Guggenheim etc). Onsite parking isn't cheap but ideal if you are hiring a car. The staff were superb and really helpful. The pool area isn't as great as the photos suggest, it's very small with very limited seating.

Lovely and clean. Freindly staff, we was very early and let us check in and have our room early. Hotel was spotless and decor was to a very high standard. Would stay again. Thankyou for a lovely stay. Beds was very comfy.

Well located to explore Bilbao and easy parking (paid for) although you can’t book it in advance. Quite a corporate fell but well appointed rooms with balcony. Rooftop pool is tiny and not really a reason to book.

Booked due to so many ‘exceptional’ reviews…. its less than. Check in experience varies by who you get.. Room was good- shower great but not exceptional… This hotel does not have a pool… please dont book thinking there is! 84cms deep and you can reach either side ish if standing in the middle. 8 sun loungers… to a hotel this big? We looked as many did for another part.. and because our check in lacked depth.. like the pool..we couldnt see where you got the towels from. Very noisy air con and to our surprise we were charged for water in the room.. seemed a little much given the price of the stay… The hotel is in a good location and our room did have a balcony which was pleasant. **dont book a hotel with a pool.. use the Artxanda pool central location - cheap, stay all day, has a sun deck etc only 7:80e soooo good!

Great hotel with lovely staff, very comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The pool is quite small but great for a splash at the end of a hot day sightseeing

Great helpful staff. Gym was small but good, however there was always something missing that we needed to ask for - towels, drinking glasses, etc. Pool is tiny and the loungers unbearable in the heat. Some umbrellas are needed. Great location and nice hotel. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful respite in Bilboa. Can't wait to return. Will definitely stay here! Rooms arecwell appointed. Be sure to request a room with a terrace on the river side of the building. So worth it!

Breakfast was the best. Staff were very friendly kind and helpful. Rooms spacious. Great location within close proximity to all shopping sightseeing Restaurants. Will definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

We had a lovely room on the 7th floor that was spotlessly clean. The location was great. There was a decent restaurant and bar and a pleasant roof top pool but the highlight of our stay was the exceptional, friendly service provided by the hotel staff.

Welcoming warm and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast and newly decorated rooms. Bijoux roof top pool and good location to parks and The Guggenheim. Will return for sure!

Very clean and spacious room, nice swimming pool on terrace floor - not mentioned in description but a nice surprise.

Great room. Comfortable beds. Wonderful shower. Just noisy, from the AC making dripping noises, the drains in the bathroom making glugging noises & noisy from the hallway, a massive gab under the door meant when next door came & went it woke me.

Nice property - GREAT spa!

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it is close to the Guggenheim museum and a nice park. There are a variety of cafe’s and bars close by and it is a straight walk to the old town which takes about 20 mins. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a very comfortable bar lounge. Would definitely use again.

Outstanding location, very comfortable room, freindly staff especially Arkaitz y Karen always with a smile and very helpful, the gym had everything you need for a workout, love it!!!!!

A large group of people obstructing the little lobby ,entrance of the door and later outside the door . Customers come in and go out with our baggage, so blocking important spaces may finished in accidents. In fact ,I told one of the people at the desk to talk to them , didn't want to take any action. Four people at list were at the Front desk nobody took action anytime. Rooms are clean in general but some of the cleaners are just drying not cleaning . Other employees where extremely helpful and correct ,with very good skills .

The hotel and rooms are very well presented and also very smart. Its location is convenient to a point. It is near certain things such as the Guggenheim and Athletic Bilbao Football stadium - very good museum and tour - both in short walking distance. However the old town is quite a long walk -25 mins one way. The staff are very personable and helpful, especially Maria. We had a triple room and the room had dividing doors in the middle which was a nice touch. There is a “pool” but it’s very small. More for children. My main issue would be the cost. The hotel is very expensive for where it is and where it’s based. Three people in one room was over £250. For that money I did expect three beds, not a sofa bed. Also a larger room. I have spent less in other large European cities and got more. We did however enjoy Bilboa and the hotel was decent. Just a little over priced.

In the commercial area of Bilbao with a 20 mins walk to the old town. Good parking on site but 23 euros a night. Lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Our room was quiet with very good blackout curtains.

we chose this hotel because we wanted to swim in their heated pool and use the sauna and steam room. It has a little 'spa' where you can get a good massage. very convenient location. the room were a bit small...

The hotel itself was nice, the service at the bar was poor but the front staff were helpful with one exception. They gave us a restaurant recommendation to Gure Kabi which was the worst dining experience we’ve had worldwide. Waiter was rude, service was horrible, meal was expensive and not very good. Avoid hotel eating recommendations. Otherwise a good area to stay and an average hotel experience.

Very convenient location in/out from the BIO airport by shuttle bus. Staff are very kind. Breakfast was quite good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
