Pleasant stay. Great value for the money. Excellent service and good location.

Excellent Hotel, staff were very polite and helpful with any questions or local information needed for our trip Hotel rooms were cleaned every day and reception/lobby area was very comfortable Free drinks from a coffee machine in the lobby available 24 hours a day, coffee was only luke warm however! Bagels were available free of charge! We really enjoyed our stay at the Pestana hotel and would definately recommend this hotel

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. This place was warm and cozy in atmosphere. Very attentive front desk staff, service was great, we enjoyed the coffee and ice water in the lobby. Clean. The rooms are small, but comfortable, new towels every day, gave extra blankets when asked. The fridge is tiny and didn’t work well, but because they had cold water, thankfully we didn’t need it

Close to Times Square, Madison square garden and Penn Station. Everyone at check in and check out was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and sufficient for myself and my daughter. They also have airport transfers. Would stay again.

The room was quite small but well-designed. It had everything we needed but the space was used in quite a creative way. I appreciated how well-insulated the walls were. Shower and toilet noise as well as noise from other rooms was minimal... Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean, tastefully renovated and quiet. I was sad the kitchen closed at 11 though, but at least the minibar had toblerone.

Great place to stay. They give you free perks if you are an Expedia VIP. They offer a to-go free breakfast.

This is personal, but Times Square is not my favorite area to stay in NYC

My stay at Pestana was exceptional and it’s always great seeing Marilyn anytime I’m there! Her hospitality and generosity is truly unmatched, which keeps me coming back. She goes above and beyond every time to make sure that my stay is comfortable. I cannot thank her enough and it is always a pleasure being there. The staff, property and the location is just wonderful.

Great stay! If we wanted to stay in the same area again we would stay here forsure.

A good, clean stay in walking distance to MSG. Room size was normal for nyc. Bathroom was a little tight with the big door. Bed was comfy. Nice courtyard in the backyard for sitting/eating. VIP perk on paper was $30 beverage credit a day. It ended up being 6 items from the mini-bar: items included water, nuts, soda, chocolate, iced tea.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are Huge CR7 fans and to see all the CR7 items everywhere!! Staff was super nice. They offered help with were to eat and how to get to places. I truly appreciated them! Great coffee in the morning. Some bagels and croissants for breakfast were available too. But because we wanted true NY bagels we tended to grab some and eat downstairs.

I like the fact that they allowed an early check in during a busy weekend. They offer nice croissants and bagels in the morning.

Excellent hotel and service by the entire staff especially George he had an upbeat attitude and was very helpful.

I came in on the red eye from LA, room wasn’t ready, but not too much of a surprise. I was upgraded because of my status with Hotels.com. Room was nice, big, clean. Desk in was great, sorry didn’t catch the name of the guy that checked me in. But he was friendly, professional and courteous. Even got a lil note thanking me for my stay. Got a few free things from the mini bar, again thanks to my status. The price for the room was well worth it! Not far from Times Square. I will definitely try and stay again when I visit NY. P.S. This was the 1st hotel I could find that didn’t advertise “pet friendly” I don’t believe it’s necessary to take your pets on vacation plus I’m allergic to most dogs! Every other hotel advertised for that. That’s fine, but like smoking rooms/floors have non pet friendly rooms/floors too! I couldn’t find any! Pestana CR7 was the first, so THANK YOU!

This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Justin at the front desk was extra helpful with service and recommendation of where to go in the city. Would recommend staying here and I will stay again in the future.
