They cancelled my booking saying they had no rooms available. Now Hotels.com will not refund me my money. Be prepared to be without a room 25 minutes away from checking in and not getting your money back.

We were just here one night of our travels but this was perfect for us. We had arrived by train from Edinburgh and we easily walked to the hotel w our luggage at 9pm. We didn’t take advantage of many of the amenities but it was in a very walkable area. We went to Hootenanny, just a few doors down for a quick drink and live music. We would easily stay there again. Our room had a slight water view and the beds were very good.

I would give it a 5 star rating but my room smelled like mildew. Only stayed 2 nights so I didn’t notice it first night but the second day it was bad. Only by the door but it lofted. I didn’t complain but it was not pleasant.

10/10! Loved our stay. We were on a tour and not happy with the accommodation they provided. Thankfully got the last room available for our stay and truly made our trip! Staff was gracious and room was immaculate.

It’s a very nice hotel in centre of Inverness. The most frustrating about the hotel is the requirement to book a specific time for breakfast. The place was very very busy but hasn’t enough space so this staggering is a bit frustrating. Staff were generally great except for breakfast staff who were dismissing of the lack of breakfast space

NOTHING, What a dump

We loved that we could see a little bit of the river from our room. Very quiet rooms, everything was great and as expected. Would stay again.

Really nice property. Everyone was helpful and the rooms were clean, nice, big and loved the complementary items in the room.

The hotel has a central location, perfect to explore Inverness by foot. The reception staff we interacted with was nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, mostly english breakfast style, not too many options, but enough. There was only filter coffee as option which I was not a fan of. The hotel has no parking which is clearly stated upon booking. Fortunately, the closest car parking is just 5 minutes away, pretty close. We did not enjoy staying in a room with accessible bathroom which we did not request. Whilst great for those who need it, the bathroom is uncomfortable to use compared to normal one.

The hotel was central, which really helped, having elderly family with us. Excellent breakfast and the staff made our stay. They were all really friendly and helpful.

Booked two rooms, and arrived late, so we received the last two on the property. In the first room, there was urine on the toilet seat and the A/C was broken. It appears someone checked in, found the room unsatisfactory, and then was moved to a new room without the room being serviced for us. In the second room, the shower was clogged and flooded a portion of the room, including carpet around the bathroom entrance. The manager, visibly ill, coughing and sniffling, attempted to resolve the clogged drain, but was unable to resolve the standing water in the bathroom, which meant wading through who knows what to use the restroom.

The hotel was smack in the middle of pubs, clubs etc. No parking. No laundry and most of the local ones are closed on the weekend. Some of the restaurants were also closed whilst we were there. I did not feel safe. They didn't make up our rooms the first night. We had to ask. Staff were nice and helpful. Again not what we are used to. I would look elsewhere next time.

Firstly there is no parking, nearest parking is across town which is a pain. Next the first room we were put in was a disabled room with twin beds on the 1st floor.. asked to be moved as this was not what we booked and they moved us to another twin room this time on the ground floor. We booked a double room Brekfast is not included but if you pay an extra £22 per person, you can enjoy a second rate buffet breakfast that was stone cold, selection wasnt great the only warm thing was the toast i cooked myself.. tea and coffee available, out of portable churns and in paper cups! The only redemption for this hotel was the shower.. it was great! But that is it There is a wetherspoons directy opposite that offers a freshly cooked breakfast for £7 id skip breakfast at the hotel it is not worth £5 let alone £22. At £200 for one night stay.. this price is insane for what this hotel offers.. sorry but I would recommend avoiding this place. Its not a high quality hotel as advertised
