Nice staff and excellent service

This was our 2nd stay here. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Blind on door was broken and needed to be replaced with light blocking blind as their neon sign is very bright. Front desk staff need to learn how to greet guests and speak up. Will stay again.

Great location on yhe lske. Rooms were clean and having a balcony was a nice addition. Would be nice to have an ice machine a little closer.

We had one of the Tiki rooms. It was fairly clean and comfortable. The heating unit either had to be set on heat which would shut the fan off every few minutes, or it had to be set on fan in order to run the fan steady and drown out the other noises of other guests near us. Since it was impossible to really sleep with the fan turning on and off throughout the night, we had to resort to just putting the fan on steady and being cold until we couldn't take that anymore, and then turning the heat on until it warmed up the room. Then back to more fan.
On the positive side, they seem to upkeep the hotel and grounds pretty well, and the free passes to the zoo were appreciated. It is also a beautiful setting on the lake.

Gal at the counter was fantastic, place is clean and quiet, the view behind is breath taking, just an older location, and shows its history!

Room was quiet.The lake and beach were nice.The pools and hot tubs were clean and awesome.Staff was friendly.Not to busy even over who za wa festival .we were glad the outside pool and hot tub were still open.we will be back next year.

the weather was great. beach was nice and we walked to the lakehouse for dinner. It is right on lake delton and has very good food.

You couldn’t use the inflatables in the lake. They were covered in bird poop.

Room was clean, very comfortable queen beds. Issue with wrist band key card not working. Patio smelled musty when air conditioning unit was on. Looked like filter or air intake not maintained. Kids disappointed, not as many inflatables in the lake as in past stays.

Area next to the hotel is great. You have a lot of options for kids to use- swimming pools, jacuzzi, beach, playground, water activities etc. Hotel also gives you tickets to places that were included in a price which was amazing! My only concern was the room which was very outdated. When se got there the smell was so weird, probably from the cleaning products because you could tell someone just cleaned but it smelled terrible for few hours. Bathroom doors would not close easily and everything was just super old. Other than wishing they would have renowated in the last 20 years our stay was great

I will definitely be back! Best thing we did in the Dells! It was a quiet retreat to the hustle and bustle of the main street. 6 minutes away from pretty much everything, but you feel secluded. Amazing for a family that isn't looking for water slides but and water fun still!

We stayed here in July 2024. Located right on Lake Delton; clean beach and soft sand. Kids loved the park, pool and inflatable bouncy on the lake. Also loved the benefits of the zoo and Land of Natura, which are included in your stay. Also just a mile from main strip, and a cute little restaurant and ice cream shop within walking distance. Me, my husband and three kids (9,7,5) all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Only issue was significant bird poop covering the inflatable playground on the lake. They need to clean it off daily because it was extremely gross. Looked like it had accumulated for some time. 1980’s microwave in our room was strange but didn’t mind. If it wasn’t for the bird poop issue would be 5 stars.

The beach was amazing. The lake view was beautiful. The kayaks were missing the back rests so it was very hard to use. The rooms could use a painting walls were very dirty. The balconies were very clean and nice although some rooms were missing the chairs. Great place to bring kids they loved the boucies

Pools smell like chemicals lake closed by 6 the first day 5 the second day plus it rained so only got about a hour in the lake
