My family and I booked a cruise to the Bahamas so we wanted a hotel close to the port. We stayed here for two nights. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were okay, however, we had issues with the first room being unclean and there was water on the bathroom floor. We were moved to another room and it wasn’t in the best condition also. The floors in the room and bathroom were not clean and the shower was not clean. I will not ever return to stay at this hotel.

Great location, up the road from the Hard Rock for concerts, staff was great. Bathroom/shower was only thing that could use updating in my opinion.

Love the minimalistic design & cleanliness, 24/7 self-serve coffee, tea & filtered water was awesome (except that the sparkling water was not working all week), great free breakfast options, spacious bathroom & shower, comfortable bed with soft sheets & duvet. A/C & TV worked great!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its perfect location, just about 10 minutes from FLL airport. It's incredibly convenient for anyone needing to catch an early flight or wanting a quick transfer after landing.
The highlight of my stay was *definitely* the bed. Hands down, it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on—like sleeping on a cloud! Both the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and supportive, making it hard to get up in the morning. If you're looking for a restful night’s sleep, this is the place to stay.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay for travel but not if by foot. Surprisingly Pretty quit as well. Very close to port and airport. The lobby is set up very well with fresh coffee, tea and chilled water 24/7 (very clean as well). No microwave in room but there is one in lobby with plastic wear, napkins and condiments. Cute little gym and pool that was heated. I definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are too small no closets, it's not located near shopping area. I accidentally left my gown behind the door in the bathroom called the hotel several days kept getting the run around ☹️ from different front desk clerks...My gown was a match to a set my sister gave me . I didn't appreciate no one getting back to me concerning this matter...

The bathroom's shower floor was dirty it was quite clear that it had not been cleaned. If it were not so late at night when I got in, I would have gotten another hotel room.

Everything was great, except for housing. When they cleaned the room, they did a good job except they only left towels for one person. When there were two people in the room. Maybe it was a mistake, but it was very inconvenient.

Our room was entirely too dirty so many things needed to be replaced! It was horrible but the room and area was safe and nicely located if the cleaning staff paid more attention to detail and minor updates were done this would be amour go to location when we travel here but some work definitely needs to be done

Would not recommend, hotel is outdated, small rooms, and dirty. Bathrooms were black, floors and bed were filthy, and the corners of the room look like they have never been swept or wiped down.
Sam at the front desk was AMAZING, went above and beyond. He immediately changed our room when asked. I appreciate him so much. But the hotel needs some love.

Great location since it’s close to the airport. Staff was really accommodating, we arrived really early for check in cause of our flight and within an hour we had a room. Breakfast selection was small but good enough for a quick grab n go. Coffee all day long. Room was clean and the pool was nice. The hot tub was filthy, couldn’t use it.

I like the lobby space and service. The rooms need to be maintained. Room was not carpeted so the floor needed to be cleaned and buffed tremendously. Flooring was coming up. Bathroom shower needed deep cleaning.

Hotel.com offers paid at property in your own currency. Not honor for Avid hotel.
They had late check in, they about to cancel my reservation bavaused I call them to let them knows I was stocked in traffic. Finally check in with grand kids, no remote control working for tv. Just one person in front desk can’t leave reception. Just one trash can. And two towels for 4 people.

This is for all intents a brand new hotel , very clean , quiet , safe area . The bed is super comfortable with 4 large pillows on the bed ( unheard of 😅) 5 min drive to the Hard Rock Casino. For the price you would be really hard pressed to find better accommodations.
