Close to the train, & also close to museums, river, and central square. Perfect location!

Very surprising and the location was top notch

Room was somewhat warm, but we cracked the windows open and it was ok. Carpet also aggravated my allergies, but that’s just me being a delicate flower. Everything else was nice and we really liked the corner room facing the street. Would stay again for the convenience of the location. Brewdog brewery is next door if u wanna have a drink.

Bathroom shower had mold on walls and shower curtain. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Just stepping down the hotel, you have so many things to do close by.

Staff so courteous and help oriented. Sink in the basin need to be unblocked. Bed is confortable. Many kind of restaurants surrounding the property.

The room’s floor could have used a mopping but was otherwise clean and comfortable. Hotel is well situated and counter staff was friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel room in a very roudy area.

The hotel was physically in a convenient location - 15 minute walk to the Messe Frankfurt hall, 15 minute walk to Old Town... however the quality of people hanging around the hotel at night, at times was unsettling (not the hotel's fault). The room was clean(ish). Good sized room for Europe, had a queen bed which was a nice change. Bed was a bit hard, but not unmangeable. The pillows were flat and a bit musty smelling. Overall an OK stay. Nothing stood out as terrible or over the top fantastic. It was all just OK

Very high priced for the quality of the hotel/room. No restaurant so breakfast was up the street. Also brekfast charge was on top of the exorbitant room rate!

The hotel was decent but the immediate surrounding area seemed questionable. The air-conditioning did not seem to work - it was very hot in the rooms even though it was December. The breakfast is not at the Atrium but at its sister hotel a minute away. Overall we liked our stay as it was close to what we wanted to see in Frankfurt.

Reception and staff were great. We didn’t have any hot water for a shower in the first day. But it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. Location was great and we went for the Christmas markets, so the hotel was a perfect location for these, just a 5 minute walk

Bathroom was disgusting, all chalking and grout was moldy/filthy. Their website says they have shuttle to the airport - they don't

The friendly and efficient reception staff is a definite plus. Large, nice room; perfectly working air conditioning. Well, now the cons. Bathroom - The sewer grate cannot keep up with collecting water from the shower. I found the toilet bowl dirty both on the outside and under the rims inside. The hotel should use medium mattresses at best - mine was quite hard. I haven't experienced such a terribly uncomfortable bed in a hotel for a long time. Plus one pillow, it's a bit lame. Another thing, such a stupid saving: the whole room, even after turning on all the lights, is simply dark. You can't read anything next to the bed, so I had to use a flashlight from my phone to look into my wallet. This is really a joke, because the savings from using such bulbs are virtually non-existent, and the trouble they cause to guests is enormous. Netflix does not work, and the TV program list is more than half empty and consists mainly of scattered German TV stations, There are a few Russian ones (really!), one strange English one, one Uzbek one, one Ukrainian one. This is how we landed in the province of the world - in the center of the EU. We have a safe in the closet, but it has no instructions for use and is operated in a non-intuitive manner or is broken. And so on. It's a pity, because the hotel's potential, easily exploitable, is great.

We choose to stay here for a layover in Frankfurt to being our 25 days Europe trip. It is very convenient and the price is good if you are just looking for a place to sleep. The family suite is indeed two connected rooms so we got two bath room and two queen beds, which is better than we expected.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere and excellent service

The staff were nice and helpful. The location is close to the main Hbf. Surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets, groceries. Happy stay!

Much darker and dirty than photos. Unfortunately the shower curtains were stained and a lingering odor in the room. The staff was friendly, but the hotel is dingy and not in the nicest neighborhood. It would work for a young traveler on a budget, but not for a family vacation.

Very convenient to everything from eating to riding train.

Staff were friendly, room was clean enough however the mattress underneath the sheets was disgusting, I accidentally lifted up the flat sheet that was covering it and almost fell over. Fixtures were not dusted and some other areas were not super clean. The area is sketchy, it’s close to some of the cities attractions but there are lots of homeless and drug use nearby and broken glass all over the streets. Maybe this is just Frankfurt? No proper toiletries are provided. There is some 3 in one soap at the sink and in the shower so you will need to bring your own lotion shampoo and conditioner for sure. Closet is a decent size. There are lots of bars and acitivity on the street below which was loud at times. I wouldn’t stay here again solely for how rough the area was. If travelling as a single female stay somewhere else.

Conveniently located at a very reasonable price with amazing staff!! The elevator was out of order the last 2 days at my stay. Wasn't so bad though.

Location!!!! Price!!!! Be realistic with your expectations. 2 blocks from Hauptbahnhof. 1-2 blocks from all tourist shopping needs: inexpensive suitcases, pharmacy, hygiene needs, laundromat, food and drinks, ATM (attached to hotel!), groceries, and more! I was nervous reading other reviews, but I am glad I chose the Atrium! The rooms were clean (yes, they could use some deep cleaning, but $). The rooms have all the basic needs: fresh bed with sheets and pillows, nice sized bathroom, and storage area. Phanuel and Kaan at the reception were always friendly and helpful! If you are used to the high-end named hotels of the States and the safety around them, this is not the hotel for you. This is Bahnhofviertel! Expect to see every type of person, and be sure of yourself. Yes, Fridays and Saturdays may be louder...it is the weekend. For those traveling on a budget....this was perfect!!!
