I'd give this HOTEL 10 stars for sure. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the rooms, beddings, sheets, towels, and everything else are super clean. I'd give it 10 stars if it had parking :)

The room was not what I had paid for. I had requested a room with a bed and a sofa. There was no sofa. The room was extremely small. The bed occupied the entire room. There was no space to move! The manager refused to give me the room that I had booked and paid for, in advance. She also refused to refund my money. I left immediately. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!

Friendly, professional staff and beautiful ambiance. Every single staff member constantly went over and above to make customers feel welcomed and well taken care of. They're clearly a team who care about what they do and how they provide service! To me it's a nice stay for both business and leisure trips. Will recommend this place to everyone and would come back again ❤️

Episode makes you feel so comfortable and at ease with the best amenities and design. It’s refreshing and hip and goes above all expectations. Loved the gym at the third floor.

Episode is a great place to stay for remote workers. The coworking area is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms themselves are brilliant, super comfy and have everything you need.
