Really friendly staff, lovely pool and rooms with great air con. Clean and nice feel, quiet at night. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. Only complaint would be would be nice to have some umbrellas by the pool to provide more shade. Would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Location is brilliant, just a 5 min walk from the ferry. The food at the hotel was really nice and you’re just around the corner from the Main Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered us a bucket of ice for our wine (that we brought!). The pool was lovely - we spent the whole first day there. A good number of sun loungers and two outdoor beds to relax on. The bar service was brilliant too. The only negatives were that it was a little noisy - construction going on next door. We were only offered one room key and were told we would need to pay a 500mxn deposit for a second one. Also, the power/water cut out at random points during our stay. We would still highly recommend staying!

The actual hotel is fine. This is my 4th trip to the island but my first time staying at this property. Holbox always has an issue when it rains. The streets become muddy and there will be standing water in some places. However, Naj Casa had the whole street in front of the hotel full of disgusting water knee deep. We had two rooms booked. One for myself and my wife and one for my older father. His room did not have hot water. They attempted to fix it but could not. 4 days and no hot water. They offered to move him to a room on the second floor but we needed him on the first floor because he does not navigate stair well. Finally we lost power and water in the hotel. Losing power is always an issue on the island. However when it affects being able to flush a toilet it can really cause issues.

The location of the property was not ideal. It’s off the beaten path for travelers and wasn’t easy to get to after rain with flooded roads. The property is clean and well kept. The beds barely had more than a sheet on it and there was only 1 bottle of water provided which wasn’t enough for two people to have a glass and definitely wasn’t enough for coffee. The kitchenette was a nice feature in the room and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t until 8 and they wouldn’t provide anything earlier for us since we had to check out earlier than 8. Overall was not impressed. Will not be returning to this property.

Naj Casa Hotel is a ok hotel. It is clean and it has all the necessities. However, the service is very poor. They dont really respond you when you text them. Also, one of the staff members (guy working in the morning), was very rude. I was almost afraid of asking him anything because he would never help me. He wouldnt even let me switch my beach towel until every 3. day depsite that it has been raining non stop. Basically he wouldnt help with anything even when I lost my credit card and tried to charge me extra for the hotelroom key. However, the two other staff members working there were really nice and helpfull. Also the cleaning service was super + also very nice! + the people working in the breakfast restaurant was also very.

Amazing and highly recommended. Very clean. Conveniently local part way between the dock and the ocean. Able to walk to most places. Would absolutely return. All the staff were excellent.

Nearby streets full of garbage and completely flooded. Not even local ATV “taxis” dared to pass through. The hotel was very nice and clean, it’s such a pitty that the entire town is littered with garbage. I believe hotel owners and restaurants should take action over this, as it’s a terrible experience for visitors to sort your way through trash and mud-water

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious well designed. The only things we would change are: 1) lower / no / at least other Music in the pool area. The Music was loud and completely misplaced genre wise. 2) up the quality of the breakfast Thanks for a lovely stay though.

Beautiful stay with my family we rent 2 rooms so clean very nice room as my brother recommend it he was a week before me i love the breakfast they cooked at the moment love the pool just a few minutes walking at the restaurants and bars and 5 min to the ferry bad thing i couldn’t stay for the 2 year anniversary they were cooking lobster 😢but see you next year for sure! And thanks for my wine! Love to stay there 😍🙏

Great small hotel. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was delicious! Bathrooms could be cleaner. But overall this is a great place to stay on Holbox. Convenient to everything. You can walk all over.

Very small hotel. Beautiful and well kept. Service is good and staff there are very kind. We could hear dogs barking in the street even late at night, but i thing its like that on the island everyweehre. Totally recommend this cute little hotel. Close to everything. 3min away from beach and the main street with restaurants and lounges.

Our stay at Casa Naj was incredible and actually above our expectations! Location - we loved that it was so close to the town, less than 10 minutes walking. But that it was not directly in the town, as it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Staff - they were so kind and helpful! Giving us recommendations and helping to schedule taxis and rides. Our flight was delayed, and we were chatting with the hotel on WhatsApp throughout our delays and they were helping us with transport. We are so thankful for this. Amenities - the hotel has everything you need. Was great to have a beach towel service to not need to pack a towel, but have a fresh one for the beach every day. Breakfast - the daily breakfast was quick and convinrent and very filling. The waiter staff up on the rooftop at breakfast was so nice too. Pool area - nice pool! Clean area, perfect for relaxing after a beach day in the day beds. We hope to be back to Naj one day! Hope to be back again one day!

The room was spacious, the facility is small yet the pool is pleasant and with well kept furniture. The staff was lovely.

An amazing boutique hotel near the center of Holbox. The room was very clean and large with a small kitchen--which included a kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. The pool was equally clean and had many chaise lounges available. The staff was super friendly and helpful. the main streets of Holbox we're within walking distance. We rented bikes though at the hotel and was able to go everywhere in the island easily. One work of warning:. Take the mud puddles seriously. They are more like quick sand. Avoid them!

Really enjoyed staying at Naj casa Holbox. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Clean and nice rooms with a lovely terrace looking over the small green garden and pool. There is also a rooftop restaurant where you can eat breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed at hotel Naj in room 19, on the second floor, street facing for 5 days in July of 2022. The room was spacious and extraordinarily clean. There is a mini fridge, sink and very basic kitchen ware available. Bed was extremely comfortable. Our king bed had 2 pillows and a top sheet only. Daily cleaning service was provided. Our cleaning lady was Violeta and she was amazing. Definitely a highlight of my stay. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They arrive around 7-730 am each morning and leave about 1030ish. Happily called taxis gave restaurant suggestions and greeted up kindly as we came and went. The only drawbacks of this beautiful establishment were the location and small water heater .The location is near the ferry and a short walk to the center down a quiet street.! We, however, ended up down the beach for most of the time on the island. This was a 45 minute walk or a 5-6 minute taxi ride on some really bumpy streets. As for the water situation, the pressure was excellent but only gives you about 5 minutes of hot water. Definitely sufficient for 1 person but anyone after will be taking a cold shower . After a day spent in the heat that really wasn’t a problem for us but, definitely something to consider if you into warm showers. Overall a great stay.

Like the installations but not impressed with the surrounding areas and the proximity of the beach

Naj Casa Holbox is a nice hotel and good value for your money. The staff were accommodating and the rooms clean and new. I was initially worried about location, but everything in Holbox is within 10 minute walk.

We cannot say ONE bad thing about this hotel and our stay! We walked out of another one because it was bad and were so happy to find this hotel was as close to perfect as could be. Lovely large rooms with microwave and mini fridge, spotless and restful. We will return to HolBox and we will stay here again for sure.

We booked Naj Casa as a super last minute change to our honeymoon so was not expecting great things but was very pleasantly surprised. It is a 10 min walk to beach/5 min walk to the centre which was great for us as it meant no noise at night or in the early morning. It's so lovely here- far enough away from the party area that it's quiet, but walkable to everything. I loved the dirt/sand streets with wandering neighborhood dogs. The room was beautiful- modern decor/finishes, comfy bed & pillows, with double sliding door to the pool/courtyard area. Small outdoor space at the room has a swing and a table & chair. It's simply lovely. Front desk girl was awesome- spoke very good english, was very friendly & knowledgable. (The other front desk people seemed indifferent and weren't super friendly.) THe loaction is less than 10 minute walk from the ferry, 10 minutes to main street/restaurants & the beach. I'd definitely stay here when revisiting.
