It was not pleasant at all. There was a big noice coming from above. I tried to call the hotel several times but none responded.

A terrible option that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The entire apartment reeked of marijuana; the shower was wet (despite us checking in at 11pm meaning no one should have been in the apartment the preceding 7 hours); the blinds weren’t even remotely thick enough to block the light from the freeway and the building’s exterior lights; and it was not sound-proofed in any way—we heard the freeway and the people in the lobby area the entire night. Will certainly not be using hotels.com again if this isn’t addressed in some way—an absolutely horrible experience (for a very high price).

I was there for a 4-night stay for the World Series at Yankee Stadium
Pros: Excellent communication/instructions, room was comfortable & sufficient, bed very comfortable, lots of closet/drawer space, bathroom remodeled nicely, very good gym, 20-30 min walk to Yankee Stadium which was very convenient
Cons: Room shades/blinds were dirty & broken unfortunately (I like natural light but unable to open), balcony was locked (I think for safety reasons but still a bummer for the extra room type cost), 138th subway station is 10 min walk away (I was fine doing the walk as a solo male at night, but I could see others being a little concerned/unsafe)

The stay overall was good i just had a problem getting into my room, the code worked to get into the building but not my room so i had to call and get another code which was very fast and quick. The only complaints i have about the room is that the bathroom door in my room wouldn’t shut all the way so i would have to hold it or put something in front of the door. Otherwise it was good! The beds aren’t the comfiest but you’re not gonna get much of that in a hotel.

I never received the correct codes to enter the room. I did send a front and back copy of my debt card and my passport. They then told me that a drivers license is required. I don’t have a US driver’s license. That was never listed as a requirement. I this was informed to me at 17:30 the day of my arrival. I arrived to the property at 19:00. I then found out that the codes provided the day before did not work. I tried calling the number on the reservation and property, no one answered. I was then provided a different number. I got ahold of customer service rep. The rep told me that the billing department left for the day she will try to get ahold of a manger. After a few attempts, no one answered. I waited at the property until 21:45. No one was able to provide me with the correct access codes to enter my room since I did not have a driver’s license.

From the horrible way we were treated when we tried to park in the garage to the way were treated by the doorman at the apartments, everything was wrong. The parking attendant barely spoke English and acted like we were not where we should be. There were no carts to unload our luggage, and he sent us up a back elevator to the apartments not to the hotel entrance. The doorman at the front desk of the apartments treated us like we were intruders and quickly pushed us out of that building to the street and pointed to the front of the hotel. Once we finally got into our room, the blinds had stains that were dried in dripping formation, no extra blankets, no place to hang your towels, and the smoke detector was covered by a grocery bag. Our check in and check out instructions stated to leave the keys but the email had a door codes. Also, why do I have to take the trash out? We were only there 2 nights. We heard someone vacuuming and it makes no sense for guests to be responsible for cleaning when there is a service doing it when we check out. Lastly, as I took the trash out (one little bag), I could not get back into our room! Check out time was 11am and it was 10am when I left the room. If you are going to change the code to the room prior to the time of checkout then change the time of checkout! This place was the absolute worse!

When arrived at 4:45pm, the room was still being cleaned; appliance plug-ins are out of date… had to plug in the new Keurig in the bathroom; bathroom sink faucet was broken; code for the door did not work, had to call customer service and stayed on call with them for over an hour trying different codes, one finally worked but only after we tried approximately 15-20 codes; missed the opening pitch for the Yankee game and we were late by half an inning!

The location is good. They need to clean the rooms better. They also need better communication. I was lock out my room for over an hour, nobody answered the phone.

The room was basically ok. Otherwise we did not have an iron and iron board to use for funeral clothing the next day. The fees for cleaning the room was astronomical and I did not see the option an available to add cleaning of room up front. We were unable to access the balcony as it was a window. The room should have had a full length mirror. The rug outside of bathroom I almost tripped on because the glue had worn out. More towel holders in bathroom needed. The pictures were misleading and no service people on site

The property was nice, similar to the pictures online that they use for promo purposes. But the specific unit we stayed in had a few dents, scratches and chips to the walls & the ceiling in the bathroom was chipped and showed signs of water damage. For the price that you have to pay I think they should get someone out there to fix these issues. But other than that our stay was pleasant.

Terrible place to stay. Our door was almost broken. The passcode that they had sent us didn't work and we spent for 30 mins to get in the room. There was no hair dryer and we asked for one , it took two days to get it.

I was given a room that was disgusting and waited an hour for another room that was a little better but wasnt up to standards. Customer service didnt help at all and didnt get back to me until the day before my departure after being there for 3 days.

The PIN number the property emailed me to get in and out of the lobby door and room door was not working multiple times I had to call for help multiple times because there is no front desk or staff. I had to use the bathroom and the PIN number wasn’t working the wait time to speak to someone was long and it took long for the property to reset the lock or change the pin. Again this happened more then twice so I was locked out looking stupid trying to get in the building and in the hallway mad long multiple times. The property has 3 floors my balcony room over looked the storage company next door but once you look up it’s a pretty nice view. The property is very clean nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Overall I had a nice time and the property was really nice they just have to fix they PIN number system or get staff because for the price I paid I was very annoyed and angry dealing with the process it takes when the PIN code doesn’t work and standing around looking weird trying to get in a building or locked room is just weird behavior like hello I paid yall got me looking weird

We liked how close it was to yankee stadium despite other people having key issues we had none of those. The room was clean how ever someone should fix some small things around apartment ( loose toilet paper holder loose towel holder small hole in wall) other than that was exactly what we needed for this trip

Easy to access the building & unit with the emailed instructions. Unit was pretty clean, minus some mold in the bathroom. AC worked great & additions like plates & cutlery, a larger than standard mini fridge, multiple trash cans, extra towels made our stay more comfortable. Sheets were clean but in the rougher side. They provide plenty of pillows. The room is bright, even with all the blinds closed, so I’d recommend packing a sleep mask. I upgraded to include a balcony & that was a real disappointment. There were broken & missing tiles that made it a safety hazard.

When i arrived, i was never able to check in to my room! There was nobody available to help me and even hotels.com couldn't contact the hotel company. I was stranded at 1 o'clock IN THE MORNING IN NEW YORK! This entire company is a scam! Avoid at all cost!

On first arrival , contrary to many of the negative comments read in the reviews, I had no issues entering into your property! The room appeared just as described in the booking photos. We did notice the the faucet on the bathroom is poorly attached and blinds in the windows were extremely unkempt, however this was not a big problem. I was excited to right a great review and price the naysayers in correct!
However, it wasn’t until we went observe the view from the balcony that we noticed the door to the balcony seemed to have been tampered with and would not securely lock. When the wind blew the door would fly open leaving the apartment completely open and unsecured. Within a little more of an hour of our check in we attempted to reported the concern to your company by contacting the emergency number provided . After several attempts and multiple transfers we were finally able to speak with a representative that ensured us that concern was marked priority, maintenance would be contacted, and our concern would be handled immediately. After hours of waiting and no response from maintenance the emergency number was contacted again. Resolved 23 hours later! We spent the first night in your rental feeling unsafe and unsecured throughout the entire night. In addition to this we spent first full day of our vacation held captive in our rental! We missed out on a scheduled family event Monday. Requested compensation from company but denied.

Did not even stay here. The Keypads for the 2 rooms they tried to place us in were broken. Still waiting for my refund.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was priced right. It was relatively walkable and we felt safe. Unfortunately, we booked a room with a "kitchen" due to food allergies making eating out difficult. The "kitchen" was actually a sink, microwave, toaster, and mini fridge. There was also a motor-type noise that turned on every 10 minutes or so...while the noise was not SUPER loud...combined with the neighbor slamming things around each night, it made for challenging sleep. Lastly, be sure to bring a roll or 2 of toilet paper with you. We had 2 half rolls for 4 people for 4 days and there's no front desk to make requests from. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad by any means, but we will probably choose a different location next time we visit NY.

Awful communication, no service desk and the number listed barely answers. Actually one of the numbers listed was for a singles hotline. Booked a two night stay. Got there for the first night and had to spend an hour on the phone jist to get in the building. Then we were told there was no availability for our second night, mind you we went on july4-6 and i booked this in march. Rooms were not worth the money we paid and there were srains all over the tables and bathroom. Would not recommend.

The faucet in the unit was not working the entire stay. When I arrived the codes did not work for the building entry door. I called to let them know about both things and they said someone will come on Monday. No one ever came to the unit.

I booked a room with a Balcony when I arrived, there was no physical human to interact with And did not have a balcony . I was locked out didn’t have a passcode. It took over an hour to get access to the room once I got access to the room I did not have a balcony.

Horrible experience called several times to complain no help. Never could get in contact with somebody who worked there it was always an answering service or operator.

I selected a Non Smoking apartment because my son has asthma and when we got there the apartment had a terribly odor to nicotine, from outside the door we were able to smell it. This is not a case that the person before was smoking in, no, this is a case that this apartment has been with smokers forever, you can see the track of the nicotine in everywhere. We called several times to try to move to another apt. and they said "somebody is going to call us", for this issue and because the tv remote control was not working, they never called, when I called the last time I forced the operator to give me a solution and after he consulted with somebody he told me there was no other apartment availabe, there was no anybody available to bring us other tv control or the batteries, there was no a supervisor to talk at this time, there was nobody able to bring an air cleaner. At this point we didn't have any other option to leave, I asked for a refund and he said he had to request it because he didn't have the authority to do it. We had to stay and go out to get an air cleaner, candles and staff to clean the surfaces, and until today June 12th nobody called me to reimburse at least what we spent or to apologize. Next day I saw the cleaning lady and commented about the condition of the apartment and she said people have been smoking always in all the apartments. I will report it to the Board of Health, there is a Non Smoking sign on all the doors but is false advertisement.
