Checked into an extremely dirty room. Was not vacuumed, and both beds had dirty linen with body fluids and hair all over. Really disappointed because we’ve stayed here twice before this and never had issues. Seemed like housekeeping was being rushed or not quality checking their work.

They raised the Price of breakfast , since we didn’t order while checking in. But also didn’t give information about this price increase in the check-in.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at your hotel, particularly concerning the pool access for families.
We arrived at 5 PM, eager to enjoy the pool, only to find out that children were not allowed to swim after 5 PM. We waited until 5:45 PM, hoping for an exception, especially as we saw other families enjoying the pool. It was frustrating to be told that other guests could remain while we were denied access.
Additionally, the pool opening at 10 AM is impractical for families planning to visit Disneyland. It seems counterintuitive to have such restrictive hours when your hotel is so close to a family-friendly destination.
My children were understandably upset, and despite assurances from management that we would receive a call in our room, we never heard back.
It's disappointing that a hotel marketed to families does not seem to prioritize their needs. I hope you will consider revisiting your policies to create a more welcoming atmosphere for families.

Description states they are close to Disneyland. It took me a 35 Euro Taxi charge to get to hotel from Disneyland. That is not close/ walking distance. Beware

Custumer regular at this hotel which I really like. The welcome is always very pleasant, the beds are very comfortables and the breakfast is wonderful. A point of detail, it is a shame to have removed the mineral bottles in the bedrooms in favor of a water fountain for ecological and economic reasons.

The experience at this place wasn’t the best & I wouldn’t go back. All the equipment in the gym are broken so we couldn’t work out. The only equipment was the treadmill that me & my boyfriend has to share turns. The front desk receptionists was judgmental & rude, & very unpleasant. The restaurant which is a steakhouse was amazing! The people who work there was outstanding!! The speakeasy downstairs was beautiful & the ambiance was profound. I highly recommend the food if you visit.

Perfect property if your going to Disney Paris. Metro is close by and goes directly to Disney. They had an excellent buffet breakfast, and nice rooms with auper comfy beds.

They don't speak english at all, they wont be able to help u if u are a tourist.
The bathroom didn't have essentials i called the front desk to restock.

3 star hotel, so so breakfast, rooms tiny, you had to walk next to wall around the beds, we had two double rooms, gym TV missing and random 2nd hand rubbish gear, good location, pool felt pointless / massively under staffed but hey it's basically a travelodge with a pool

We stayed at this property for 3 nights, 4 days. They only changed the towels - never cleaned the bathrooms. When I called the front desk to see why the rooms weren't being cleaned, we were told they were supposed to be cleaned daily but had no explanation for why it wasn't getting done. I guess they have no one to watch over their housekeeping. Trash wasn't even removed. Front staff member Ana was rude & unhelpful. Upon check in, we had not been informed that the price of breakfast would practically double if we didn't reserve it by at least the night before. When we asked why, Ana said, this is simply how it is. I've never stayed at a hotel where the price goes up so much for a breakfast. This is a 4 star hotel for Europe I guess. But for Americans, it's really a 2 star. I'd actually say 1 star because of how horrible the housekeeping was.

Was expecting a 4 star stay however our experience was that of 2 star hotel. Two nights in a room we had to speak with receptionist about our sheets being dirty (blood stains, yellow stains, etc. and we have photos for proof as well as the night shift receptionist). We attempted for 3 days to get this resolved but no manager ever contacted us even after the night shift receptionist attempted to have them speak with us. No call no email no apologies and no attempt to rectify the situation. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The breakfast choices were well worth the price. Our last night we had dinner at the Beef Club, the experience was amazing. Our waiter was knowledgeable and the sommelier recommended the perfect pairing of red wine. We will stay here again and highly recommended it to others.

An amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and large. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar was nice with friendly staff. We would come back.

New hotel, overall very good. Rooms are small, breakfast is terrible.

Pricey for the quality of stay. But the Disney tourists with their kids seem to flood it. Property shows the signs of lots of kid ware and tear. But safe, clean overall and staff seem to do their best.

Property was nice. Had a strong cleaning chemical smell. After an exhausting day at Disneyland it seemed someone on our floor started a room party at 3am.
They were very accommodating with giving us a late check out
