Too much dust in the room. They raised the Price of breakfast , since we didn’t order while checking in. But also didn’t give information about this price increase in the check-in.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at your hotel, particularly concerning the pool access for families. We arrived at 5 PM, eager to enjoy the pool, only to find out that children were not allowed to swim after 5 PM. We waited until 5:45 PM, hoping for an exception, especially as we saw other families enjoying the pool. It was frustrating to be told that other guests could remain while we were denied access. Additionally, the pool opening at 10 AM is impractical for families planning to visit Disneyland. It seems counterintuitive to have such restrictive hours when your hotel is so close to a family-friendly destination. My children were understandably upset, and despite assurances from management that we would receive a call in our room, we never heard back. It's disappointing that a hotel marketed to families does not seem to prioritize their needs. I hope you will consider revisiting your policies to create a more welcoming atmosphere for families. Lovely and clean. Staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Was perfect for a night's stop over after our disney trip.

Description states they are close to Disneyland. It took me a 35 Euro Taxi charge to get to hotel from Disneyland. That is not close/ walking distance. Beware

Custumer regular at this hotel which I really like. The welcome is always very pleasant, the beds are very comfortables and the breakfast is wonderful. A point of detail, it is a shame to have removed the mineral bottles in the bedrooms in favor of a water fountain for ecological and economic reasons.
