An excellent value I would greatly recommend. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained basic fair. The breakfast was excellent especially considering the room rate. The staff is very helpful and professional. An excellent choice for those who like clean, basic, accommodations with a touch of class. One thing to be mindful of though are lots of tile stairs without banisters, and as it is an old building, some micro irregularities in floor levels, but they are all clearly marked, but older guests should take note of this. Enjoy!!!

Nice location

The property location it’s great! The staff are good they can be a little better, Toby it’s actually amazing! The hotel needs a little more things for guess. There is no microwave to be use for food or anything. The only kitchen like use it’s for breakfast. The mattress are very hard and in the bathroom they should add a small shower rug for safety. You get 2 towels per day. If you need more towels you must return the ones you have. We had to call for an extra blanket and pillow. Overall the hotel is not bad it just those little things that should be improved.

Convenient location. Rooms were very small. No safe in room. Staff wanted to move me to another room with a safe, then charge me a deposit for the safe! Shower curtain constantly blew into me when showering.

I liked the location, a quiet place, the very respectful and friendly employees, especially Delvy Rodríguez, and the fresh breakfasts. What I don’t like was the internet service.

Its clean, comfy and value. The room its a little tight but for sleep was good, the mattress and the pillows are really good for me. I stay in the triple room (1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. My only issue was the tv but you can stream your choice probably i dont understand how can see local channels. The customer service a A+. The breakfast was included in my package and was a small buffet but satisfact all tastes with the best mangu i taste in my live plus fresh juices.

Great location on the Conde for what we wanted to do during or stay

The upside: GREAT location. Everything is at less than 15 minutes walk. The staff is friendly and are trying their best to provide a good service. I loved the bed and balcony. The breakfast menu was ok. The downside: The bathroom was dirty and needs serious remodeling. Fixtures were falling apart, the shower floor had hair from the previous guest and there was an ant infestation. There was a blood stain on one tile. The entire window frame had mold. The hotel is too noisy with paper thin walls and door. The entrance door slams loudly all day. You clearly hear people loud footsteps and talking in the hallway. Room service are making too much noise while cleaning nearby rooms and commons areas and I was awaken by it. The smart tv was useless most of the time because the wifi was too weak. So the videos were constantly buffering or freezing for several minutes until I had to restart the tv. By the end I gave up and used my phone to watch videos

I was in Unit 203, the signal faded once you entered the room, and completely stopped working once you closed the door. I spoke to the staff about it upon check-in, who attempted to apologize, but were just trying to make me go away. I even asked about changing rooms, which got no response. Not a completely satisfying stay.
