Overall good stay. Recommend going to public beach access rather than entering through Emerald condos across the street.

You can hear a lot of noise from the pool equipment inside the room. No blackout panels on the windows . Only one little shampoo and conditioner for 5 days of staying. No elevator .

We enjoyed how large the room was and how easy it was getting in and out of the area. Clean with separate bathrooms.

What we didn't like the WiFi was horrible.. the appliances need to be replaced..the floors were dirty.. the space was good..but updates need to be done.and better Internet service.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue was it wasnt perfectly clean, but it was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice.

Private beach access was advertised but upon check in was told you could only go on the beach if you rented the $70 chairs. Had to cross busy 4 lane traffic to get there too. Room itself was not bad.

There was one roach by the bed which was disgusting, but other than that it was a nice relaxing stay for vacation!

Good and friendly customer service to start...I like the inside pool view rite next to the room... they have a game room for you and the kids, pingball table and a pool table. You can cook on a two burner electric stove a nice small refrigerator to store food and drinks, and also have kitchen utensils , plates and a sink to wash the dishes..... everything is close, food , the water park , they have game arcades nearby and to top it off the big blue clear waters of the gulf coast.... all i can say is wow... the price for condos was reasonable, i will be staying here for my next visit cause i really enjoyed my stay.... thanks club destin condos

Great place. Could use some updating but it’s very clean.

This property is very old and in not so good condition. We had little creatures visited us at least three food roaches ! And the gym is not a gym at all the only weight machine thy had didn’t even have a pin to use it. My room key wouldn’t work I had to go up to the reception center 3 times !

Only real gripe is that we were put on the 2ed floor and they had no elevator (partially my fault for not inquiring about it) but my wife is partially disabled and the stairs were quite a challenge for her

Says it’s only est. 1000ft from the beach but it is a PRIVATE BEACH! You do get an access code for the beach but you cannot put any personal items on the sand! No towels, chairs, bags, etc! Once you check in they let you know you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $70 per day! Also you must walk to this beach, no parking. Overall the facilities are great! 2 pools. One inside and one outside. Hot tub inside. The staff was amazing! I thought it was a great value and clean. There is no elevator but it’s only 2 stories.

Well the photographs on their site was very deceptive. The photos they showed portrayed were updated rooms and interior. When in person the rooms were severely outdated and poorly taken care of. Overall the staff was very nice and housekeeping did well.

My family loved the theater room.

This property is right in the heart of everything! You can walk across the street for the beach! There were enough beds also, could use some updates to sink etc but overall clean. The indoor pool was also a great bonus!

This is an older property and our room needed attention, ie holes in wall, dishwasher loud and so out of alignment we were hesitated to turn it on. The keys did not work well, had to try 3times at least to get in. This is a problem especially at night to even get into property.

I loved the inside pool, they were also very kind and gracious at the front desk. Bob was wonderful for having to check us into our room at 1am.

Small room a little bit dated but clean and food for our shower stay. Close to shopping, dinning and beaches plenty of parking and lots of activity amenities.

Saw a roach in our room. Not a kid friendly or female friendly area. Homeless looking guys in parking lot bugging females. Dirty, old, inside and out. Toilets having problems flushing due to bad floats not being replaced. Couch smells weird. Will never stay here again but of course you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Clean, close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends!

Great location and well kept property. The renovation of the rooms are superb. Short drive to Harborwalk.

NO DRINKING AT THE POOL AND HOTTUB. I can understand a bottle but we were drinking out of a cup with a closable lid. And are responsible adults not college kids. Staff was polite, rooms were clean, but i can do without the security harassing about the drinks.

It was not beach front property as advertised. The room was hot cause air conditioner was set on one temperature and couldn’t change it. The television didn’t work at all. Never mentioned a $100.00 deposit until you get there on premises. Wasn’t a heated inside pool as mentioned. Will not stay here again.

We LOVED this property for our first family vacation to Destin. We stayed in a one bedroom condo unit, the staff was awesome and the amenities were so fun! Highly satisfied & will definitely be returning for future trips to Destin!

The location was perfect for shopping

Affordable and close to many popular spots and beaches. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Couch needed replacing. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Stairwell could use cleaning. Overall nice stay for the money.

I searched for a waterfront room/condo. The hotel had a narrow alley as beach access. The outdoor pool was extremely small and not inviting. The indoor pool looked similar to the pictures but with how loud it was and stuffy from the containment of bleach I didn’t get a relaxing veg out vibe that I desperately needed this vacation. This was nothing more than your ran down hotel room. The common areas were more than likely top class in a beachy cabana type way when the hotel was in its prime twenty plus years ago but very dated and needs some freshening up. They did have two workers that were helpful bet I didn’t get there names who were extra friendly and informative. It was a gentleman who had worked there I think he said 25 years and was retired military and a lady who helped my husband and I find a crab leg dinner.

Everything was awesome ! It was clean, nice looking and everyone was great! I would give it a 10/10 and if we go out there again we will book with them
