The staff was warm and friendly. The presidential room was very nice with a sauna in the room. All good here! Great price, value and experience! I would return again.

Loved the cozy atmosphere

I called early to say my flight was delayed but I will be arriving an hour later or so and ask if that was fine as I know some places close during night. They told me that they have service 24/7 and I could arrive at any time as there should be people to receive me. But no. No one was there and I was knocking the door and my finger hitting the doorbell but no one was there. Waited 30 minutes phoned them more than 5 times and no one answer. After more than an hour later, when I have arrives to another place, called again and this time a guy with voice that sounded he had just woken up, answered the phone. When I explain he told me, No, i dont see you in the camera and I told him, of course not. That was an hour ago and I am now in another place. He insisted I can't see you in the camera, you are lying. I told him it was midnight I had to be somewhere safer than the street. Mexico is a dangerous place at night for an alone woman. The worst part is: I rise the complaint. They never ever apologized and worst, they didn't reinbursed my money. They didn't gave the service, they abandoned me, they never apologize and even more, they robbed me. Worst experience ever. Be careful with those guys.
