The stay was ok,even though it's a extended stay I was looking for some hotel amenities like hotels. Now that I know I won't stay again.

Guy at front desk was rude but other than that the hotel is very nice and clean

Please do not make the mistake we did. Make a note that this is NOT a normal hotel but an extended stay. We were not advised when we checked in, but learned after we received a note in our room telling us they "are not the Marriott". You have to take your own trash to the dumpster, there is no housekeeping service unless you are there for 2 weeks or longer, and the only way you get clean towels is if you take them to the desk to exchange them.
Oh, and the desk is only open for limited hours on weekdays and not on the weekend, so you have to call them and wait 10-15 minutes for them to come down to help you.
Floors were dirty, no ice machine in the building, and of course, no additional amenities like a pool, or breakfast, but I did know that upon booking. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.

as a truck driver, I travel to many hotels a month, but I must say, because of a guy named Damien this check-in and the way they accommodated me has exceeded my expectations. Not only did I forget something that was very important, he made sure I got the item at no cost, which saved me $60. also, I called a few minutes before my arrival and when I got there, my check-in was easy and took two seconds. because of Damien and the cleanliness of the hotel, this will be my first stop when I need a place to sleep when I am traveling in Smyrna TN

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was there was not so much as a bar of soap to wash my hands. No hair dryer, no little shampoo or bath soap. No coffee pot. Also, the lobby was closed up tight when I got home from the event I had come for around 10 p.m. and still not open when I left at 8:15 a.m. The rooms seemed clean but the hall was not.

Ridiculous there no amenities, they want you to take out own trash and they charging all that money especially since all the other hotels in area are similar price and do have amenities. BIGGEST ISSUE WAS WE ONLY WERE IN ROOM TO SLEEP AND FOUND ROACHES .DISGUSTING...FRONT desk didn't do nothing. And our reservation was messed up so didn't get correct room didn't have enough space for everyone to sleep cuz they sold out due to all the graduation going on. No discount no nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I was placed in a filthy room with mold on the ceiling. Stains on the bedding, room stunk. The manager had an attitude after double booking my room then put me in a smaller room. Lots of people hanging around hotel area drinking outside.

this property is close to restaurants, shopping centers, hospital and the interstate .

Property was new but i dont know how long it will stay that way being there were multiple nights on my 12 day stay that a group of people were partying in the patking lot and drinking, multiple times i got in the elevator and smelled either like a wet dog or weed! There is no ice machine on the premises!

All in all my stay at this property was went very well. This was my first time staying at an extended stay. The room was functional and things were pretty quite. Would like to have had more pillows and the metal base makes a noise when you move close to the edges. Laundry room was convenient and staff was friendly.

We are moving to Tennessee and needed something until we found a permanent place . They were awesome all of the employees were. Courteous people, clean, no noise etc… would definitely stay there again

Management was very rude and refused our request to change rooms. We continued to protest for a different room and they forcefully ‘checked us out’. Will never stay here again. NEVER!

The property is brand new and very nice. No breakfast, and we didnt even get coffee because the machine didn't work. No hand towels in the room, only one flimsy cup per person. Someone staying for awhile would have to take all their kitchen items because there were none.

They also have automatic febreeze dispensers on the ceilings that filled the hallways with those chemicals that make you sneeze nonstop. I suspected it was because of all the smoking.
