Very nice new place to stay. Rooms clean and spacious. If you’re planning on breakfast you might want to make other plans. Just not very good. That being said I’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back. Thanks !!

I live close to this hotel but I booked a room to have a quiet place for medical reasons. I had a zoom call with the doctor and then had to go through a process afterwards. They put me on the first floor, right between the laundry facilities and the side entrance to the building, just down the hall from the lobby and breakfast area. I politely requested to be on another floor so it would be less noisy and the manager refused. He said “we’re sold out” but that makes no sense as I didn’t need an additional room, just another floor. It was 2:30, there’s no way everyone had checked in by then. He was rude and just didn’t want to help. It was very noisy with people coming in the side entrance and hearing doors slamming, employees doing laundry and taking out trash, etc. It was a waste of $200 because I will have to do the process over again. So much for customer service. It was a simple request that could and should have been honored.

Our stay was wonderful and staff is amazing

Everything was great about out stay. The only issue was that the hotel ran out of towels for their guests which is an issue as the weekend we stayed, the hotel played host to multiple volleyball players as about 3000 were in Oshkosh for the worlds largest grass volleyball tournament. Having access to clean fresh towels would have been nice.

This was one of nicest and best value hotels I have stayed at recently. The room seemed new and was very nicely set up with a couch, footrest and small table on one side of the window and the tv and king bed across the room. The tv pulled out and swiveled so you could use it in both parts of the room. The kitchen space had the larger fridge and freezer, sink, microwave and two burner cooktop and the necessary equipment. We heated up dinner in the room after many nights of eating out. There were extra shelves outside the bathroom and a closet with great storage options. The blinds effectively blocked outside light. There were many outlets and USB ports for charging and plugging things in. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Oshkosh was a great stop. We enjoyed the EAA Aviation museum and the Paine mansion and gardens.

Outstanding property, outstanding staff. I have stayed here 4 times in the last 4 months. Excellent in all facets!!

We were on the first floor and could hear the people above us stomping around for quite a while.
