The television kept changing channels by itself continuously. So badly that I had to turn it off. I told the manager & he said if it continues he would put me in another room but he didn't. There was no mirror at all so I could not put my makeup on before leaving. The walls were all dirty. I went to cook in the oven & it was dirty with food scraps & fat in the oven tray!! It was freezing & the fridge that was pressed up against one side of the bed was noisy & kept clunking all night. This place was so bad!!!! I would NEVER stay there again or EVER recommend this place to anyone apart from homeless people because obviously any roof over your head , especially in winter, is better than none. That is truly how bad this place was!!!!

Very untidy no one at the reception when we tried to cancel our stay there was no phone number and no one was around l wouldn't recommend the place to anyone
