Overall the house was fine..... It is an older house. Cold A/C, quiet neighborhood, Easy to get to places. For the ones that like a 3 am snack, This house was designed for you. No one would know you were in the kitchen. The pictures do not show the real size,

Becky came through AGAIN. Second Stay here at one of the Cleanest and very comfortable VRBOs wew have stayed at. Great Location and quiet neighborhood. It's our home away from home in Hot Springs!

Becky contacted us the night before we left, which really made me feel like she cared about us and the 6 hour trip we were about to make. The location was absolutely lovely--we walked all around and enjoyed looking at the neighborhood homes--everything was just gorgeous. The Quapaw Spa, shops, Oaklawn Race Track, etc., were all within an easy 15 minute drive. We came back to the house and cooked every night, hung out in the hot tub, and had coffee and breakfast each morning. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. :-)We highly recommend this Evolve Home!!

The house is in a great neighborhood and not far from all the places we love to visit! It was only a short 5min drive to Oaklawn. We enjoyed the spacious living room and the back deck with the hot tub is great for winding down! The bedrooms had such beautiful furniture and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

There's so much style and personality in this roomy vacation home! And yet it feels very homey and comfortable. We felt at ease the moment we arrived. The secure fenced yard is ideal and the hot tub is excellent! Great location in a beautiful neighborhood.We had such an excellent stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our growing family for Christmas. There was so much room! We were able to have Christmas movies playing in one living room and the kids had a gaming system hooked up in the other living room. The furniture is beautiful! You will feel like royalty in this house. The hot tub was a nice touch too. We absolutely loved it!

Loved the house and location to the riding trails and downtown. House is beautiful on the inside and fully equipped so no need to drag extra cooking stuff with you. Totally feels like a home away from home. The host, Becky, was awesome. Responded immediately, even on Thanksgiving. Can't wait to go back and stay again. Home away from home!

GREAT STAY! The nicest place we have ever chosen! So accommodating for our large gathering. Huge house with leather n marble furnishings! Beds SO comfortable! Fenced backyard and patio w big jacuzzi! Love love loved it! We are coming back!!!

We booked for 3 nights along with another couple. The house smelled so bad we couldn't stay. We checked into a nearby hotel for our visit instead of staying at this rental. A blend of moth balls, hideous perfume?, mold?. It was intolerable. Crack in the ceiling with water stains. Homeowner response was to open the windows and turn on the fan. Furniture not as described. Not able to control thermostat without the homeowners permission. ( I would not have rented this property had I known that). I do not recommend this rental. Especially when there are others to choose from in Hot Springs. The experience cost us a fortune between the VRBO payment and the extra cost of the hotel rooms for three nights.

We really enjoyed our stay in Becky’s house it clean and welcoming. Close to everything we needed .She was easy to communicate with and we will love to come back next time.My husband said the checkerboard was the icing on the cake.

We so enjoyed our stay! The home away from home was very clean, well stocked for everything. Most unique furnishings and wonderful support from Miss Becky! We stay a lots of places and I would highly recommend this one. Quiet and peaceful but within 5 minutes of everything 🤩🤩😀😀

This property is amazing! Very close drive to downtown Hot Springs! Huge house, very clean, 2 big living room areas, hot tub, outside dart board and other patio games!!! Becky is an amazing host- the house has lots of detailed notes inside to help with all things and has everything you will need!! We are return customers!!

Group of friends in hot springs for weekend getaway. This place is more beautiful in person. Very spacious. Excellent neighborhood and close to everything. The furniture, you will not believe. Feels like royalty. The marble floors are beautiful. Lots of bedding, spacious rooms and Becky is available if you need ANYTHING. Will definitely book again.

This house was located in a great neighborhood. The home was very spacious and had plenty of room. The bedrooms were wonderful and the kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could need or want was available to us. I would highly recommend this home.
