This place was amazing. We were right on the beach, the sounds of the waves filled the condo. It was magical waking up to the sunrise colours over the ocean and seeing the sunset. We saw wild dolphins from our balcony. The walk to the Boardwalk was my favourite part. Beach access and pool amenities were so great. Location was perfect, easy access to Destin harbor and beyond to 30A. This place was a great choice, we clearly were SO happy with our stay :)

The condo was beautiful and had tons of room for us to all spread out. 3 bathrooms, lots of bunks, nice furniture, and clean linens. Location was convenient for restaurants within walking distance and Publix a half mile away.

The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The facility had nice hot tubs and a heated pool which was great since a cold front blew in while we were there.

Perfect
From beginning to end everything went smooth as glass. Communication with the owners check in accuracy of description. Clean! Beautiful view we loved The deck. We loved how close it was to the pool into the beach because there were a couple of older ladies so it was easy for them to maneuver. Will definitely stay again!

Great condo with all the amenities!
Very spacious and clean condo with amazing views! More than enough space for our family of five, with balconies on the “quite” side of the resort (not facing pool area) which was great. The pools and lazy river were fun for all, and of course the beach was amazing! Having chair and umbrella service included was very convenient and used daily. Highly recommend this property!

Great location and condo!
Beautiful location and condo. The owners are great! The only thing I disliked is that people were able to save like 10 chairs on the beach at a time, so even though we were there at a early time, we couldn’t get a good spot. When asking the boys that put the chairs out about it they said they are allowed to do this.

Perfect location!
The stay was great! The only thing is the email at check in and the email at check out have different instructions on what to do. They also say they provide toilet paper and paper towels, we only had two rolls of paper towels and three rolls of toilet paper. Not enough for 10 people for the week. So, bring some of your own! Other than that — great stay and great place! Greg and Julie were very responsive and helped when I missed the check in email. Very kind people!

Amazing condo!
This property exceeded our expectations! Absolutely gorgeous ocean views and the pools were perfect for our family! The balcony is huge! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. My children loved having their own tv in their bunks. The only small downside was the longish walk from the parking garage. There is, however, a closer drop off zone which was nice. I would recommend this property and I hope to return one day!

It was very simple to rent.. We had an awesome time and beautiful views of the ocean .. close proximity to restaurants and attractions
