very clean, well fitted out with lovely decor. ideal for couple with Trowbridge, Bath and Bristol all within easy driving distance. setting was lovely and peaceful. would highly recommend.

wasn't anything that needed improvement. pair of scissors and cooking tongs would have been handy.

Perfect and cosy, just what we wanted for New years! We loved the decor and we felt very much at home in the lodge.

Absolutely beautiful, perfect place to unwind. Less than 30 mins to the centre of Bath - would definitely recommend 👌

It's was all very good, nothing to dislike

The Lodge is very obviously a labour of love, the decor is beautiful and the whole place is immaculate and well laid out. We had the most relaxing, comfortable two night stay and the communication from Mandy and Matt is great, sadly didn't get to meet them but they were on hand if we needed anything which we didn't because everything was perfect! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nothing not to like.

It’s immaculate and beautifully decorated throughout. Had everything we needed and more. Location was peaceful and felt very safe, although never got the chance to meet Mandy and Matt (next time 🙂) they messaged us to check if we needed anything throughout our stay. Cannot recommend The Lodge highly enough 🥰

Very quiet for the location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. High-quality furnishings and fittings. Perfect for one person or a couple as a base to come and go during your stay.

A small coffee/lamp table to put a drink on by the sofa would make a perfect stay.
