Great launching point. Family enjoyed their stay at the house and easy access to downtown and the park.

Exactly what we wanted. A place close to New River Gorge that was a great place to rest and relax after a long day in the park.

Clean and cute! Excellent communication from hosts Huge Fully equipped kitchen and island for cooking and snacking. The backyard was big and fenced for privacy. There are large gaps under the fence so keep a close eye on pets and little ones. The location was super convenient, though we experienced road noise from the big hiway. The third bedroom has a cute little bunk bed , could be a little tight for adults- worked out well for us. We recommend and would stay again!

We had an amazing time at this VRBO in Fayetteville WV! We were minutes from all the action (white water rafting, national park, endless wall trail, long point trail. It couldn't get any better. The home itself was spacious, clean with a nice environment. The kitchen was great to work in. We ate home for every meal and everything I needed was in there. The bedrooms were great. Eack bathroom had a hair dryer. All in all better than expected. I highly recommend.

Clean property with nice open space! Generous supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. Walking distance to Fayetteville, and quick car ride to the New River Gorge. We spent a lot of time in the backyard!

Cute little place that is exactly what we needed. The location to the bridge was perfect. We had a great time in Fayetteville, visited Hawk's Nest and Babcok parks, went to Summersville Lake and we never felt to far from "home". The furniture was comfy in the evening and all the appliances were handy. We did have a few flies, but I think fixing the gap in the back door would eliminate that. I would recommend this property and would stay again!! Thank you for everything!!!

The property is very clean and well maintained. Not sure about the grill maybe hasn't been used in awhile so it turned all our chicken gray.

The house has a great lay out and was very clean. Great location for a national park visit. The yard and fire pit were not usable due to the fact that the lawn was very overgrown. The shower fixtures need some work. Water temp is difficult to adjust and one bathtub faucet was coming off the wall. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The living space and kitchen were perfect for spending time together.

We think this was the cleanest rental we've had! Everything was as advertised and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We're not sure if they usually mow the lawn, but we didn't like walking through the weeds and tall grass to the firepit. That is a small complaint because this rental is one we'd book again.

Location is great! Very close to New River Gorge National Park. The home was very clean. Cleanliness is one of the biggest concerns when booking for me and this house was spotless! I was impressed. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The owners were thoughtful and checked in on us to ensure our stay was going well. Check in/Check out instructions were easy and clear. The New River Gorge bridge, visitors center, hiking, shopping, and restaurants are all close by. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place near New River Gorge.

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental which was as described. The location to the NP visitor’s center was very convenient. The rental manager was very responsive to our questions and requests. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Have stayed in quite a few VRBOS-this one rates at the top of the list. Host went above and beyond with amenities and reaching out to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great location for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is awesome. Close to New River Gorge National Park, hiking, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for a relaxing stay. The check in/check out process was easy and well explained. The house is CLEAN! I am very picky with how clean a rental is and this one was perfection! I could go on and on about how clean it was but you get the picture :) The home was tastefully decorated and that mural of the bridge is such a fantastic addition! The bed was very comfortable. The owner included so many things to make the stay comfortable and to ensure you had all necessary items when you arrive. The communication was great. The owners checked in to make sure things were going smoothly and we were having a great stay. I would stay here again and again and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place new New River Gorge! Also highly recommend to do the bridge walk at some point during your stay.

Our family came to Fayetteville for rafting and hiking. It was the perfect location. Less than a 10 minute drive to the rafting outfitters and close to gorgeous hikes and an easy walk downtown. The house was very clean with all the amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit!

Our stay at this house was perfect from beginning to end. The house is in a perfect location, less than a mile from downtown Fayetteville and less than 2 miles from the New River Gorge Visitor's Center. We were able to easily navigate to any trail or attraction we wanted to see! The house was very clean, with a spacious great room and decent sized bedrooms. It was perfect for our family of 5. There were several books about West Virginia provided, which gave us additional ideas of things to do during our stay. The host provided everything, including toiletries and cleaning supplies, even Kuerig pods and detergent for the on-site washer and dryer. We have stayed at many rental homes, but I have never had a host as responsive as these hosts were. I reached out the week prior to ask if they had a crockpot, and the host said they didn't, but offered to order one. It arrived the first day of our stay. One our first night, we asked about a lighter to light the campfire, and they delivered one within an hour, along with all the fixings for s'mores and our favorite ice cream! When we return to Fayetteville, we will absolutely stay at this house again!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Everything inside is brand new and beautiful, but also very comfortable and somewhere you can relax. Very clean, comfortable beds, extra towels, plenty of essentials and extras all throughout the house…k cups, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, fire wood for the beautiful fire pit..the list goes on. I couldn’t believe how many extras there were that made everything so convenient. This house was exactly as pictured. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. My family of six stayed comfortably. The bunk beds are meant for smaller children, so that was kind of funny with my teenagers 😂 but still the beds are very comfortable. Zero complaints.

We had the best experience with this rental! The manager, Dan, was outstanding and the property was clean and well equipped. We brought two babies and there was plenty of space for everyone! Dan went above and beyond and provided a pack and play for our toddler and checked in throughout our stay. Close to the center of town (we walked to dinner several times), the New River Gorge National Park and everything else you want. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent experience!

This new property was perfect. We were hiking in the New River Gorge area and the location is close to the New River Bridge hiking/climbing area. Downtown Fayetteville is close and offers great options for meals. The house was incredibly clean and new. The living space is large and open—great for a group to gather. The beds were comfy. The host was amazingly communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
