We were so excited to stay at Mountain Therapy for a quick trip right after Christmas to decompress. Kathy was absolutely wonderful and very prompt in communication. The cabin is absolutely stunning, super close to downtown Ellijay and just what our family needed. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This property was everything we were looking. It was clean and tidy, felt cozy and relaxing, and easy to get to. We’ve stayed in Ellijay many times in many different properties and this was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. The owner was in constant communication with us, the checkin process was easy. The location is perfect, you get a fall/winter mountain view and the peacefulness of the woods, but minutes to downtown Ellijay and a short drive to plenty of local attractions and wineries. We enjoyed meals in the eat in kitchen, watched tv by the fire in the living area and spent an evening enjoying the fire place on the porch. Early morning coffee with the mountain view and visits from the deer and squirrels topped it off. Would 100% stay here again.

My little family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cabin for a long weekend just to enjoy the color changing of the leaves and for some mountain air. When we first pulled up to the cabin til after we toured the whole place, all i was saying was "Ooooooh look how pretty!!!!!". The bedrooms were cute....the kitchen was AMAZING....the decor was on point....the outside sitting area with the fireplace was cozy and i loved that i was able to be outside....with a fireplace...and on a couch!!! She thought of everything and we are so thankful to Kathy for sharing her beautiful home away from home with us so that we can make some awesome memories!!!! Kathy was easy to get in touch with and actually stayed in touch to make sure we were doing ok! I would recommend this place to everyone....as a matter of fact...I already have!!! Book it!!! It's close to everything you would need!!! We even took a day trip to Tennessee!!!! Only thing that I was iffy about....was that there were no curtains...just to use when we sleep...but it was nice to wake up to natural light of the sun!!! 🌞Thanks again Kathy....and if you are reading this looking for a place to book....look no further.
