We had amazing communication with the home owners. The house was beautiful and spacious. Well decorated which allowed you to escape the day to day busy schedules and relax. Being so close to amazing and breathtaking beaches made the stay better. The home provided chairs and other beach amenities which allowed us time to bask in the sun and take in the views. The beds were comfortable and the overall home was inviting. It provided the space, amenities and comfort we sought for our getaway. It was hard to say goodbye but we will be back again. We highly recommend this home and these owners to others.

Had a lovely stay here for a long weekend with my sisters! The house is nicely decorated and cozy, and is on the beach block in a quiet neighborhood. I will say that it is probably more suited to a young family or 2 -3 adults, as we were 4 adults and found the double bunk to be uncomfortable to get in and out of at our ages (50-60's some with with bad knees). The bottom bunk is very low to the ground which I didn't really notice when looking at the pictures before booking. Thankfully the couch worked out for us! Otherwise I would book it again for 2 people. The host was great and very responsive, all in all a great stay!

The cottage is cute and includes many amenities (beach chairs, outdoor shower, grill, washer and dryer.) The location is great and It’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach. I can’t wait to return again!

This beach cottage was outstanding! The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and just downright adorable in a subtle beachy way. The hosts were great and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy in every way possible. Could not have been a better 3 weeks!

We had a wonderful week in this adorable cottage. It was spotless & smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. Only steps away from the beach! Perfect location, cozy, clean & so convenient! Owners were so nice too and even left treats upon arrival. This is my fourth rental house at OB3 and our favorite by far!

We came for a quick weekend for my mothers 84th bday! The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well stocked! The host was amazing and answered all my questions so quickly! We had an amazing time and wished we could have stayed longer! My mother said it felt like home! We will be back!

I’ve been home for a week and I just keep wishing I was back at the cutest bungalow ever! This bungalow had everything we needed for a nice little weekend away. The modern updates were amazing. The homeowners didn’t skip a beat when it came to preparing their guests. The short walk (less than a minute) to the ocean was the icing on the cake! So glad we found this little gem and hope to be back in the future! =)

I cannot say enough great things about this home! From the first contact I had with the owner, everything has been wonderful. The communication was great, the property is soooo close to the beach and the home is spotless!! We vacation in Disneyworld several times a year and this home absolutely felt like staying in a Disney resort, just beautiful!! I would absolutely stay here again. If you have any doubts about booking, just do it, you wont' regret it!

We stayed at Lucia’s place in Lavallette for a short weekend to visit family. It was the perfect fit, it was updated clean and comfortable. Perfect location, and very close to beach.

I am originally from NJ but have lived in Colorado for 22+ years…it was uncomfortable and not always a great experience staying in hotels during my visit back home… since I have staying in VRBO’s my experience has been upgraded.. my most recent stay was comfortable, clean and welcoming… communication with homeowner was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this property.

Our family chose the Jersey Shore for a winter break getaway vs the hustle and bustle of “where everyone else is”. We found this perfect cottage on the site and it was far and away the best property in the region for the price and location. The owner was very communicative from the start and ahead of us at every step to make sure all we needed to do was show up. The place itself is warm, cozy, and modern from floor to ceiling. The locals who live in close proximity…and there were few this time of year…made us feel at home during chats on the beach or around town. We can’t wait to stay here again…hopefully this summer.

we stayed during our daughters dance competition and we're looking for some place quite and relaxing so she could get ample rest.It was exactly what we were looking for. Very relaxing, well stocked and very clean. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again sometime.

We stayed 5 nights over the Christmas holiday so we could travel back and forth easily to see our friends & family in Brick. Since it’s Winter, it was quiet & we were able to walk on the empty beach a few times despite the cold days. The house is just as described & pictured. It is small, yet an open feel. Was just enough for us to all get ready to go out as well as to make some meals there. Kitchen was well-stocked enough to cook Christmas dinner & the 4 of us to hangout & watch football that day. Owner was extremely communicative & helpful. I will definitely consider it next time we visit.

My family of 4 (including 4 and 6 year old sons) had a wonderful stay at Lucia's. She was a wonderful host. Lots of communication and very helpful. This was probably the most pleasant rental property we have stayed in and we have stayed in many during our travels. The accommodations were perfect for us and the location was ideal. The place was fully stocked and there were extra beach items to use. Even during the remnants of a hurricane, it was still a very wonderful trip for us all. There's great food within 5 minutes and boardwalks both within 10. The beach is maybe a 2 minute walk away if that. We had the beach to ourselves all 3 times we ventured down since it was the off season. We also found some fun rainy day activities as well within a 25 min drive. We will certainly be back next fall to see what other gems we can uncover. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and we look forward to a return visit.

We had a wonderful time. Cottage was close to the beach for our little guys to walk. It is a beautiful cottage with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The owner sent helpful information on activities for children and answered my questions quickly. We will be back and highly recommend this property.

Everything was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was exceptionally clean and organized as promised. All we had to do was unpack! Looking forward to staying again next summer.
