The property was well appointed and located in a nice area for water enthusiasts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay short walk to beach. House has basically everything you need an stores are close. Would definitely stay again if in area.

Our 6 night stay at Beachy Breeze was fantastic, from arrival to checkout, thanks to our host, Michelle! We were greeted with a welcome basket which set a positive vibe right away! The house was a perfect fit for our family of six adults and five children (all under nine). Honestly, the photos do not do this home justice! It's simply beautiful! We especially loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom with toiletries, (nice touch❤) the pingpong table, the HEATED pool, and that the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and more! Another huge plus was how close we were to the beach! We walked there everyday! Overall, our stay at Beachy Breeze was definitely 5 star!

Extended family stayed at this spacious home. Enjoyed all the extras-plenty of towels, kitchen items, ping pong table, big tv's. The only thing that would have made this place better is a little less rain and more sunshine but that did not deter all of us having a great time.

The house was great for our family. We loved the elevator and the ping pong table in the garage was enjoyed by many. The only downside for me was the water pressure in shower seemed weak. Definitely would recommend and stay again

The property was wonderful. Views of the ocean and bay. Quiet area and easy beach access. There were many small touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home. Had amenities other rentals don’t provide. Nice walk to the beach with views of both the bay and the ocean. The host hands thinks of things people might need or forget and has them right there for you. Best place I’ve ever stayed in for 25yrs of booking homes, AAA++++++ Thank you!!

Very nice house. Paid lots of attention to detail. Lots of little touches that made it very inviting. I did not like the plastics liners on the beds. Even in the master. Made the bed hot and uncomfortable. We cooked in allot. Kitchen needed a few more pots and pans.

The house was everything and more. Very clean. Great access to the beach. I would recommend better pictures of the house and labeling the pics. It was better than we thought from pics.

The stay was amazing. We went at the end of March the week after spring break and it was perfect! We wished for warmer weather but between the house and renting golf carts, we had a blast. The check in process was super smooth. The space in the house is incredible whether you’re grilling and drinking in the back yard, enjoying the sunset on the balconies, getting all the beach accessories in the garage, or hanging out in the living room and dining room, there is a space for everyone. We did have a mishap with the garage door at around 11 o’clock at night where it went off the hinges. This caused the garage door not to close all the way. We were pretty nervous on how fast this would be fixed as we had group activities planned and one person would have had to stay home to ensure the house was secure. I called and texted that night and received a text early the next morning that guys were coming over to look at it and within no time, they lowered the garage and were on their way. They were so so nice and I believe his name was Bob. Bob also said we wouldn’t have had an issue with the security as it is very safe on the island. There is also close public beach access all around and the best one we found was at the end of the main road. Also highly recommending to rent golf carts and drive the scenic route to Pensacola. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachy Breeze is the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It was beautifully decorated and met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys to use. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We liked that it was situated between the beach and the sound. It was a short 4 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend Beachy Breeze.

This is a beautiful house with just about everything you could want or need. The beds were comfortable. Everything is described perfectly. Would love to comeback next year

Everything about our vacation was spectacular! The home is immaculate beautifully decorated clean well stocked. We had everything we needed. Neighborhood was wonderful safe for the children to walk around. Beach access was short 6 min walk with wagon and children in tote. The elevator was such a nice feature for luggage and groceries as well as sleepy kids after beaching all day. So many balconies for lounging. We had 10 in our party and were extremely comfortable. Would highly to anyone and would happily stay again. Great host answered all questions promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was in a great location with a short walk to both the Santa Rosa Sound and the beach! There was 11 of us and the house was clean and just the right size. The elevator was a plus especially to haul things up when we first came and then again when we left. There were balconies off the master bedroom and queen/bunk room bedroom and also off the kitchen/living room area. It was a great place to relax and hang out and also let the kids play. In the garage there were plenty of beach chairs, some sand toys/games and a wagon to haul things. Check in and check out was very easy and the manager was attentive to any need and easy to work with. We also went to Navarre Park (free) which included a large splash pad on one side and playground equipment on the other.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. It has everything you can hope for, is well taken care of, and the location is ideal. It has beach chairs and toys for children also. Would stay there anytime again.

This home provided anything you might need for a trip to the beach. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking to beach towels and chairs for the beach. The peace and quiet of the neighborhood provided a great place to relax and enjoy your stay! Definitely would use this rental again.

This property was great. The photos and description are very accurate. Just a short walk or drive to the beach across the street. Beds are comfortable, all rooms are functional, all with bathrooms and TV’s. I loved the fact the showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash installed in a dispenser. We had a short 3 night stay, but really enjoyed having this house for our stay. The property owner left a great gift basket - with handy items that we used and appreciated! If we are in this area again, we will look for this property.

This home was perfect for our family! This home has large a large driveway and garage. The elevator from the garage was so helpful to get all of our luggage and groceries up to the second and third floors. The beautiful white kitchen is very large and had everything we needed. Spacious dining and living areas. Large bedrooms each with their own beautiful private bath made this home perfect. The beach access was a short walk from the home. Beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon was provided. I would highly recommend staying here to everyone. We did have an issue with the water heater and called owners they were so friendly and had someone over to fix it right away. I love the relaxed feel of staying on the island and plan to come back.

This house was just recently built. We enjoyed our time staying in this house; however, several kitchen items were missing such as a toaster, hand held mixer, can opener, and colander. We assumed since the house was new that the owner just has not fully stocked the kitchen. Property Manager was notified and all items would be stocked for the next rental. The elevator was great. A lot of new construction is going on now in the area but did not cause any problems. We would highly recommend this house for future customers.

Beautiful home. Property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Quick walk to the beach and sound. Very quiet at the west end of the Island. If you're looking for relaxing, you'll love it.
