House was clean and close to downtown Prescott, A few things to mention, it was so hot when we checked and the odor was very strong, unplugged the plugins and it was better. This is not a show stopper to book again.

We’ve stayed in a few vacation rentals in Prescott and this place was our absolute favorite! The home is well taken care of and so much thought in everything. Great walking distance from downtown. It’s a fantastic rental!!!

This property is a beautiful and unique gem. The home is filled with historical antiques and was clean, comfortable and cozy. Every detail was taken care of. We were able to walk to Whiskey Row and also to the Jim & Linda Lee Performing Arts Center, at Yavapai College. We have stayed at many rental homes around the country and this home is the most special of all of them we have ever stayed.

This property is wonderful! We visited my parents who live in the area and decided to rent this property. It was such a charming, cozy place to spend Christmas! They had everything you need along with many extras like a Christmas tree! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This historic home is absolutely perfect! It is a stunning mix of antique charm and the comforts of modern amenities. The gorgeous kitchen is equipped with everything we could have needed for our weekend stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous and provided for all our needs. The property manager’s response time was impressively quick! This home is a comfortable walk to the Courthouse square. If you’re the “breakfast out type” try The Waffle Iron on the corner. Great food, amazing service and crazy fast prep of food.
We will definitely be booking this property again!

The online pictures and description were accurate. This 1906 house with modern kitchen and updated bathroom featured antique furnishings which displayed the victorian decor and family heirlooms. This included a Steinway piano in which I enjoyed playing while my husband browsed Netflix.

The Victorian Cottage was delightful with very thoughtful touches throughout. The home was tastefully furnished and we had all we needed to enjoy a weekend getaway. The home was located near stores, restaurants and several trails.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous historic house. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Whiskey Row. Everything you need has been thought of and despite the age of the house has been well maintained and updated.

This property has it all for a quick escape! As a current vacation property owner, I was very particular in my search for a girlfriend getaway in Prescott. This home knocked it out of the park! It was super clean, comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown with shopping, restaurants and the famous Whiskey Row. I would recommend this property and know the importance of reviews. This is a 5 star!

If you like antiques and charm you'll love staying at this beautiful home. Besides that, the owner seemed to anticipate any needs we may have. Our stay was a short two evenings but we totally enjoyed our entire time there and hope to be back soon.

WOW ---- the historic details along with modern creature comforts are really a wonderful combination. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay. The kitchen has everything you need for a great meal with friends/family... and tons of USB chargers, great WiFi, and super close the Square. We walked to Sprouts/Walgreens for provisions and walked to a great breakfast at the Waffle Iron. Can't wait to come back for another visit!

This home is gorgeous, has so much charm, and all the little details were immaculate! Stayed for a night with (3) other girlfriends. Location is great, only minutes from downtown. Clean, comfy, perfectly stocked cabinets, great linens…everything was lovely. And Barbara, the host, was amazing!! Can’t wait to stay here again.
