Les lits non comfortables, pas en bon état. Canapé lit ayant au moins une latte cassé. Les toilettes avec du calcaire. Savon main vide. La cafetière très usé (filtre + pot). Trous dans le parquet Lavabo salle de bain fissuré. Escalier d'accès raide et difficile piur monter et descendre.

Location

The property was found using a search specifying pets allowed. As is very often the case, once a reservation is made and a commitment is practically made to rent the property, conditions on what sort of pet etc. start to emerge. This on its own is incredibly infuriating and a big negative for booking.com I have mentioned before. Any conditions on pets need to be flagged before reservation or a clearly cancellable process needs to be designed to avoid this near fraudulent practice of attracting clients on false pretences. After requesting our pet to be permitted to stay in the property ( a cat which I assured is clean) I got the response that no animals were permitted. This meant that our cat had to stay in our car overnight. The property details were incorrect (the wrong street no. was given). After waiting until well after we were told to expect instructions for key collection, we had to make contact with the owner and request them. The message did state that the keys should be collected from another address on the same street but it wasn't clear that this was also the address we were renting. At sometime near midnight a loud party started in a neighbouring property which continued until past 4am despite protests from residents. From what we heard it seemed such parties had been a regular occurrence at this address. We were aware of the risks of damage to our car and other problems if we were vocal in our own protests, especially having the only foreign registered car on the street parked just below our window. Between us we got approx. 2 hrs sleep that night.

Everything was very good: the house, the location and the host, who was extremely helpful and quick when we asked for a new hairdryer, as the one in the apartment did not work. We were there for 3 nights, with two children, and I would strongly recommend this apartment. It has also a small but efficient kitchen, a microwave and kettle.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The double deck is uncomfortable. The stairs of the building is too narrow. No toiletries provided
