The staff is welcoming, very clean, and close to the metro.

We did not have breakfast

1. The traffic jam getting in and out of the parking lot- very inconvenient! We missed the 11 ama mass at the Oratorio as a result of that. 2. In the main door of the lobby, the handicap button was not working. It was very annoying fro someone pushing a wheelchair. Guess opened the door, but no staff offered to help. 3. There was only one elevator in service. We were staying in the 2 or 3er floor (I can’t remember) and there was a big wedding reunion taking place that weekend. The waiting time to take the elevator was very awful. I had to take the stairs several times, but my husband and parents had no choice and had to wait 15 min to catch an elevator. Between the traffic jam and the elevator- we lost 45 min just getting out of our hotel. 4. The room was cramped. I hit my shin with wood frame of the bed- twice when getting around the bed. The space between the sofa bed and the left corner of the bed is too narrow.

Convenient to get to from the airport (cab) . Clean, tasteful and comfortable. Everything we needed after a transatlantic flight. Would stay here again

Hi Breakfast was the worst I ever had and the price extremely steep, coffee in a paper cup and self serve for milk and sugar. Fridge in front leaking water on the floor. Night light in room not working and toilet dispenser Brocken! How is this even possible, front entrance in construction and no one mentioned in pre reservation and during! Should I keep going the worst hotel staying in decades! The standards are way below and the GM has to be aware of only one elevator working . Too much noise from highway do not get a room adjacent to it!

They did a very good job at disturbing my sleep. The fire alarm went off at 4 am and house keeping came knocking at 10 am “to see if I want anything “ even though my check out time was 12 pm the same day.

Friendly reception. Good spacious room. Good bathroom.

Lighting in the room was far too complicated. Too much mood and not enough light!
