The couch is so dirty, the air is so smelly, the air conditioning is so noisy…so what can I say?

The staff was excellent in resolving a problem I had with my room and moved me to another room.

The Pool was very small and not deep enough to swim. Its for children ONLY. Pay for parking was an unexpected charge.

Washrooms really need upgrades and regular maintenance. Bathtub was swollen with water underneath. My kids thought it is a trampoline

parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to find parking on the city street. hotel is pretty run down and not too nice.

7 minute walk to metro, very convenient Breakfast was good, variety of choices

Only 3 pillows provided. Window sill dirty with cobwebs, ugh!!!

Simply an affordable place to sleep in Montreal. Bed was clean. Staff was nice.

Half completed reno and minimal up keep. Some fire alarms in the halls were beeping for the batteries to be replaced. Holes in the walls everywhere covered with plywood. Drain in the bathroom bathtub was filthy and clogged. Floors in the room were so sticky we didn’t walk on them with even our socks. It was like the soap/water ratio was off or they just spread the dirt around with a dirty mop and bucket without actually cleaning it off the floor.

Rooms were clean and tidy.

Staff was casual, lift and lobbies look worn out, bathroom sink was partially blocked. Empty fridge - can have a water bottle at least so you don't have to go to vending machine as soon as you arrive after a long journey.
