Great little cabin to get away from it all.

It is the perfect cabin to relax. We were super happy to see that they have a king bed. Our 4 years old still sleeps with us, so Queen beds are not a good option for us. Our dog was very pleased to be able to play freely.

Gorgeous property, very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was located in the perfect spot and it was exactly what the doctor ordered! We are trying to figure and plan our next trip.

Definitely secluded but worth it. Charming and will book again. My family and I loved it.

Totally peaceful location, but still close to "town" with multiple dining options and stores to restock on any needed supplies. This was the perfect getaway for two horse trainers looking to escape the chaos and hard work of life for a little while. Management was excellent with communication, even recommending the closest grocery promptly when i emailed to ask. The cabin is cozy and very comfortable -- i will absolutely be returning as soon as possible!

The cabin at first glance is not very impressive. Inside the cabin is very nice. It comes with everything you need. It’s very clean, and very private.

I enjoyed my stay here! The porch was great, the location was perfect, and the host was very communicative! I really liked how secluded and peaceful it was. Great place to recharge and reset!

Loved this cabin. The only hard part is it is on a very steep and winding, bumpy dirt road to get to it-the owner did warn us to not drive low-hung cars up there and they aren’t kidding! And 1 bathroom for 5 adults was a bit rough. The cabin has been redone and is beautiful in a beautiful setting!

Tge pictures don't do this sweet cabin justice. It was better than we imagined and enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness. We got to spend quality relaxing time with our family without any bustle of city life. Will definitely go back again!

My sister and i rented this cabin for 4 days and we already had our next trip planned before the second day! Its so quite so peaceful. Cant wait til sept and we go again!

Area was very peaceful and secluded. The cabin was even nicer than expected, and we loved the back deck a lot! The downstairs bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!

The cabin was a bit of an adventure to get to in the dark but we found it. We definitely were glad to have four wheel drive because some of the incline was relatively steep as the listing warns. The cabin was well stocked with necessities and was very clean. Our favorite part was the covered porch overlooking the creek. My husband, my sister, my two teen daughters, and myself all sat out there reading, playing games, and just enjoying the view all day. My youngest also had fun exploring the property. We visited in late March and the wood burning fireplace was a nice addition to our movie night. The beds were all comfortable and the entire cabin was cozy. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and another bedroom in the lower level. The upstairs bedrooms had full or queen size beds and I think the lower level is a king. It was hard for us to leave because we all enjoyed staying at the cabin so much. The photos do not do this cabin in the woods justice. The host was also very fast to respond to any message I sent. Very attentive host. We absolutely would stay again.

First of all, the pictures online do not do this place justice, it is so quaint and cozy! I came down from NJ for a personal retreat and could not be more pleased with my decision to rent this cabin. There's a beautiful creek to the left of the long driveway leading up to the cabin and you can hear it from the balcony or with the windows open. It is very secluded and feels safe with only one neighbor at the beginning of the road. It is the perfect place to unplug and recharge yourself. The cabin itself is simple but very well kept and beautifully decorated with all the basics on hand. The wifi is great for working remote, streaming, etc however my cell reception wasn't the greatest. There's also a new stackable washer/dryer downstairs. If you are staying long and need firewood, got to Ace Hardware in town and ask the front desk. There's a fella there that sells trunkloads of firewood for $40 (or pick up truck load for $70), don't get the $10 bundles outside! Smithville is a great little town, very friendly people and an awesome place to unwind. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to renting this cabin in again in the future.

What a perfect cabin for a girls getaway. Beautiful views, cozy cabin, incredibly comfortable beds, and well stocked. They so sweetly supplied coffee and there was the perfect back porch to enjoy it on. If you are looking for a secluded getaway, this is the place for you. I highly recommend arriving in the daylight hours as it is very difficult to locate at night. We definitely will be going back!!

This cabin was very nice and better than the pictures! Very easy to communicate with the owner and overall great experience!

We had a few issues there but the manager was aware in in constant contact with us to rectify problems. House was adorable

This cabin was such a lovely little getaway for my boyfriend and I. It was very secluded, in the middle of a beautiful forest. The cabin was clean, and perfect for 2 people to stay in. The owners of the house were very easy to get ahold of, and very attentive to anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the city and relax in the beautiful Tennessee forests.
