Beautiful house in a great location. You can walk to the Space Needle and see it from the house. Once you’re at the space needle you can take the monorail to Pike Place Market. The street is pretty steep, but that is Seattle. Rooftop deck has the best views! Beautifully decorated you have everything you need for a wonderful stay in Seattle.

Devin has been very accommodating with great communication. There were no issues and the place was very clean. All the sites were a quick walk or bus ride away.

The property was very well stocked, beds were amazing, every room has AC. The parking is very tight but doable! The views from the house and rooftop deck are awesome. The host was very responsive and very willing to help as this was our first trip to Seattle. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Honestly, the place was great, except for one minor detail: The blinds seem to be damaged, and so we could not close the blinds in one bedroom (making it very hard to sleep), and we could not open some of the other ones. Otherwise, this place is incredibly cute and well-located. Bonus for the rooftop from which you can see the ocean and the Space Needle (and have a fun evening).

The unit was very clean. A bit tight for 4 people. Only 1 bathroom on floor with bedrooms. Unfortunately, the lights in the full bathroom were not working upon our arrival on Sunday. The host was aware of this, but could not get an electrician to come until Tuesday. Problem fixed. Also, the heating unit in the front bedroom was not working and was not fixed during our stay. Host suggested 2 small space heaters for our use. Listing should have stated that unit is on a very steep hill. Would not be appropriate for people with walking difficulties. Storage was very limited. Kitchen supplies were plentiful; plenty of towels for bathrooms.

I loved our stay here! Super close to Kerry Park and minutes away from Space Needle. The place was very clean, and the rooftop deck had beautiful views of lower Queen Anne and the water. Be advised this property is on a very steep hill. So walking up is definitely a workout. lol There is a bus one street down that takes you directly to downtown/pikes place. So you don’t really need to rent a car if you’re booking this place. Overall great experience. I would definitely book again

Perfect for 2-4 adults. Great location with parking spot but need a small car to fot the narrow space. Host was very responsive. Many steps inside. Rooftop deck is also great.

I love Seattle, I got rent this house its comfort, but there are two problems. 1. No wi-Fi 2. There is only one parking lot its very small and you have bigger car you can't park it. and also the Parking is very small its hard to park your car. its hard to park your car even if its small. the pillow and blanker were not clean.

Close to lots of the main tourist attractions. Used our Orca cards to ride the bus from the stops that were nearby. We really enjoyed the roof top deck. Very comfortable home. But in a steeply hilled neighborhood if that would be a challenge for you.

Very clean townhouse and quiet location! Owners Had eveything we needed for our long weekend. Super responsive owners. Easy checkin process. We loved walking to Queen Anne Market for groceries! Tons of restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful view on the rooftop deck. Comfortable beds with ample pillows, linens, extra blankets and towels. ROKU TVs for family movie night. And we loved playing apples to apples. 🍎 Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay. The view is beautiful from the open deck of the ocean and most of the Space Needle. The property is clean and comfortable. We look forward to future visits, as we have family living in the area.

The location was great! It was really nice to have the car port too. Devin was great with communication and was nice enough to let us check in early. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Seattle!

This is a fabulous townhouse in Seattle. Great neighborhood, and a beautiful property. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common space were all beautifully decorated and very modern and comfy. I'd highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Seattle.

It is a good property with access to the local Seattle attractions. Devin did a great job about communicating with us prior to and during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The view from the rooftop deck was spectacular at night. Easy walk to bus stop to get around. House was well stocked with what we needed and owner was very quick to respond to communications.
