Boris and Tina were fantastic host - very communicative and accommodating. The house itself had everything advertised with minimal issues. Plenty of sleeping space, games to play, bathrooms, kitchen facilities superb, and a secluded area to maintain privacy. Weather prevented us from doing a lot of outdoorsy things we'd planned but would absolutely come back in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more that the Poconos has to offer.

Our stay was great, we had family fly in from CA and FL, 25 of us and the house was awesome. Very big and spacious and very well stocked with all kitchen needs. we would definitely stay here again.

10 couples had a great time! Loved the sauna, hot tub and how spacious the house was. Snow tubing at Skytop was fun and spending some time at Pour House was too. Kitchen was clean and perfect for cooking and sharing all our meals. Plan to come back!

We are multiple families who gather in the Poconos for skiing each year. This home was perfect, even more amazing than the photos! We loved the kitchen, plenty of space for meals and well stocked. The basement was mainly used by the children, they had plenty of space! The home was modern and it was designed for hosting large groups. Some of my favorites: wood floors throughout, plenty of beds, large seating areas for eating, fireplace (electric) was beautiful, television on the main floor was perfect for football games. Owners were very responsive, we had an issue with a door locking and they sent someone immediately. It was a great home, a great host and highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Our family rents a home every year for our annual family christmas, and this was definitely our favorite house. Everything was perfect! Would definitely return.

16 of our extended family stayed here for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. We ranged in age from 12-82. The house was amazing. More than enough room for everyone. It was too cold to utilize the outdoor space, but it looked amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean and bright. We used the basement game room, as well. There was a nearby hiking trail we took advantage of, on Thanksgiving morning. Saw a bald eagle! The owners were extremely easy to get in touch with. I would re-rent this property in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! The common space was huge for the amount of people we had. It was nice to have multiple bed in the bedrooms giving lots of options for sleeping. Can’t wait to go back.

Tina was phenomenal from the minute we confirmed our stay. The house is all that was advertised and some. Couldn’t recommend it more for groups 20+ in size.

We had a large combined bachelor/bachelorette party with 27 people and we all couldn’t have been happier with the property! Communicating with Tina was amazing and she answered all of our questions and made check-in easy. Hopefully I can come back in the future for another trip!

The property was incredible! I had excellent communication with Tina, with she assuring that our family settled in well. The rental process was very smooth. With the recent loss of my father, our family decided to take a family retreat to give everyone a chance to decompress and enjoy a time filled with fun and laughter. That we had!! The property was very accommodating, with more than enough space for everyone to gather and spend time together, or to themselves if needed. We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved the outdoor facilities including the pool, hot tub, and covered outdoor cooking area! We stayed at the house for our family reunion, and had the best time. The hosts were very responsive, did a great job explaining instructions, and have set up the home beautifully. We were a group of 17. The house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room to meet our needs, be it for privacy for the teenagers, family dinners, outdoor space for youngsters to explore, or quiet adult time. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks. The owners were very responsive to our needs and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back next year for sure.

From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and well kept. We were a party of 30 and very comfortable. The house is inviting and open. The bedrooms were perfect. All the amenities were great. Top of the line appliances. Hosts are attentive, reliable and answer quickly. Great area. We all had a great time. We will definitely be back.

The home was everything my group could have asked for. Tons of games and activities to do at the house, along with the pool. Very spacious and comfortable for our group of 16. No issues at all and had great communication with the host throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable time away at a house with everything you could want.

Our extended family of 19 rented this house for a few days over the July 4th holiday. The house is extremely spacious and clean, the bedrooms are really spaced out and no one is on top of one another. The inground pool was great, especially for the kids. The game room downstairs kept everyone occupied during some rainy hours. The huge kitchen made meal prep a breeze and the outdoor grill with covering was awesome. Truly hope many other families enjoy their time here as much as we did!

We had a group of 25-30 for a whole week for an extended family reunion/vacation. Ages from 0-69, with several small children. The house was very spacious and never felt crowded even with that many people! We were also pleasantly surprised with how relatively easy it was to mostly childproof, for such a grown-up-appearing space - with mostly child-friendly furniture and the doors from the main space outside to the pool area all have double locks. The hosts were very responsive to our needs - there was a clogged toilet at one point and someone was there to fix it within about 90min. It is a bit out in green space away from other houses, but easy to get groceries/other items delivered. One thing to be aware of is that the house stairway steps (to basement and 2nd floor) are slightly narrower than average, but stairways have a good railing and there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor. We cooked almost all of our food there, so the second fridge in the basement was very helpful - we also appreciated the two sinks (& the two trash/recycling drawers!) in the kitchen! For our family, the pool and hot tub were definitely well-used! The pool has steps that were good for all ages, and a shallow end (5yo could walk) and a deeper end. We loved our week there and the time went fast, and we spent almost all of it at the house. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a large group retreat location.

This house is beautiful!!! It looked great in the pictures but even better in person. We had a group of 25 adults and this place was perfect for us. It completely surpassed all of our expectations. It was clean, spacious and Tina was so responsive and friendly before and throughout our stay. Would definitely definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property for our Leadership offsite. We hosted 17 guests very comfortably in the space, and had a blast using the hot tub, pool, sauna, fire pit, game room, and more. The hosts were very accomodating, and communication was clear and easy. Highly recommend this property and these hosts, we would absolutely stay there again!

We had a big group of friends for a retreat away together and this house was the perfect setting for us. We enjoyed the hot tub, the games in the basement, the spacious common areas (multiple of them- which was amazing), and we had plenty of room to do activities we had planned like group yoga. the house is setup perfectly to accomodate large groups. We were also graciously allowed to do late check out, and that was much appreciated before our drive back home. I would stay here again without a doubt! thank you so much for providing us a perfect setting for our perfect weekend getaway!

My friends and I do a Poconos house every year and unfortunately had our normal house cancel last minute and decided to give this house a try. Had everything we were looking forward to at the other house and had even more space. However, once the weekend began we ran into many issues with the house and with communication with the owner. To sum things up, the house didn’t get to normal temperatures until 24 hours after checkin, we had no hot water throughout the entire weekend, and related to that issue only 2 of 6 showers worked. While trying to amend these issues and getting a refund the communication with the owner was stressful and a battle. He was never apologetic or remorseful, avoided accountability, and always was trying to get the upper hand by changing the story and threatening additional charges. If you do take the risk of renting this house definitely be hyper vigilant documenting any issues with pictures and video. Quick hits on other issues: - Gas didn’t work when we got there, owner claimed we could have blown up the house despite pre-existing issue - Over 48 hours after check out he said the hot water worked and we didn’t deserve a refund (someone in our party had to wash her hair in a sink because the water was so cold, 8 month old couldn’t take a bath) - Changed story to claim the water pressure was fixed Saturday morning when it wasn’t - Thermostat of main floor wouldn’t stay above 70 degrees until we escalated to owner - Upstairs and basement heating not sufficient for size of the house, especially if the house temps are kept low between guests Many of these issues were related to very cold temperatures but could have been avoided by proper foresight and more effort at hospitality and diplomatic communications would have made an unfortunate situation easier.
