Extremely clean. Adult son said, "this is the best kid friendly rental ever!" Saw a bear on property on two different days. Used firepit and BBQ every day, very easy. Great floorplan for multigenerational gatherings. However, no woodburning stove for winter months. The second oven is not functional which would make Thanksgiving stays more difficult.

Large property conveniently located near chambers landing and homewood—easy to get to Tahoe city and south lake. The house was very clean and came fully stocked with appliances, supplies, toiletries, kid toys, games, hiking backpack for kids, etc. would stay again!

Great property located in close proximity to Meeks Bay, Emerald Bay, Sunnyside and Tahoe City. Home was well organized, clean and perfect for our family gathering.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 3 generation summer vacation in Tahoe in June and could not have asked for a better place. If you have kids, little ones to big ones, this is the house! The house has full of amenities with close proximity to hiking trails and the beach. The closest public beach is a bit far to comfortably walk there but only a short bike ride, which bikes can be rented from Homewood. The creek on the premise is a lovely bonus which creates a lovely ambience. However, the path down is steep and river rocks were slippery. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay again. The staff at Tahoe Rental Company are top notch. Communication was clear and open to suggestions to making the stay even better for future guests. 5 stars!!

The owners supplied everything we needed and the rental company responded quickly to our questions. The beach is close but not really walking distance w young kids. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood - we never left the entire week!! Hope to go back next year! The older kids were a little disappointed that we didn’t see a bear!

This property was beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The home is well stocked and accommodated our group perfectly. Perfect for families with small children. We will definitely be using this home again in the future.

The stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs were very much appreciated. The closet full of board games and toys were a great addition. This house was a 5 minute drive to Homewood Ski Resort. Well stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, pots pans, blender, crock pot etc. smart TV’s were great. We were looking for a pet-free house and this one was perfect.
