The unit was extremely clean and perfectly fit our needs for a short getaway during my wife's fall break from school. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay to observe the charm of St Simons… the charm of the abundant massive live oaks with signature spanish moss, the architectural charm of village and its tasty cuisine, along with all of the island’s historical and military significance through the centuries. Very enlightening and delightful visit during our long weekend.

We loved this condo. It was so close to everything including the beach. We had everything we needed already there. The big plus was we were right beside one of the pools. Everyone who lives there was very nice and Ali was very responsive with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, unit is getting a little outdated, but it was fine.

All was as expected and even better. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not as clean and neat. The patio was a wonderful plus. Will definitely book this property again. Extremely well stock with kitchen, appliance, and linen needs. WONDERFUL!!

It’s clean, but so in need of updates. The area is very quiet, never heard anyone above us. Even with needing the updates, I would rent again. The owner gets in touch with you immediately if needed and I think it was worth the price.

Quiet very pretty complex. Liked the location. Second time staying at Ocean Walk Unit could use a bit of updating but was clean and well equipped. c

Overall, we loved this condo! It was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 little kids. Every room was clean and comfortable, and the pool and playground were fun!

Clean and convenient

Dishwasher didn't work properly. Dishes came out dirty so I just hand washed everything. Dirty plates, glasses, silverware were put up so I rewashed it all. Neighbors upstairs were stomping around all hours. Updates needed with new paint and wallpaper . Otherwise location is great. We love Ocean Walk and have stayed many times but first time at this condo. We'll be back but probably not this condo.

The place was not well maintained or appointed. Furniture, appliances, lamps, etc. need to be upgraded. Bathrooms desparetly need to be renovated.

Overall, we had a great experience! The location was very convenient. The complex the condo was in was well kept. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Towels were provided for the bath and beach, and the beach chairs were very helpful! The condo is older but has been kept nicely, with two small exceptions— (1) there was a bit of a smoke smell when we entered, but it dissipated once the AC was going (and with a little Febreeze) and (2) the carpet going into the bedrooms was pulled up just a bit and the tack strip was exposed. I had my two young kids, so that was a bit concerning. But we easily covered them with towels and carried on! I’m sure that’s an easy fix but just haven’t had a chance to correspond with the owner (that’s totally on me!). Everything else was very neat and clean! My mom is a neat freak and was very happy with this rental. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely go back!

Walking distance to the village! Loved how the condo was full of towels, kitchen stuff, etc. communication with Ali was A++. Can’t wait to come back.
