The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Kitchen is not well appointed at all. Missing several key utensils. Needs new knives, can opener, spatulas, grilling utensils, tubberware, etc. Mouse droppings found in the drawers. Bathrooms were dirty. Floor was dirty. This rental needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. Paper towel holders are coming out of the walls. The only good thing I can say is the beds were very comfortable.

This unit was extremely clean with a fantastic coastal vibe. Perfect place for a weekend getaway to SSI.

The property had been newly refurbished so much of it was new. Convenient location in fairly close proximity to shops and beaches. Ample parking, good bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.

Beautiful townhouse, but there were live bugs in both upstairs bathrooms, the shower curtain was mildewy, door frames showed dirt (blood?), bathroom cleaning tools were filthy. The person who was supposed to change the front door handle & lock left us with only the bolt to secure the door locked. Unfortunate.
